The WAITING TIME charge isn’t for whole duration of trip. It triggers only when taxi is standing still on a signal or crawling at a speed close to zero km/hr due to heavy traffic. It is calculated automatically from the back-end, and not by the driver. It doesn’t depend on the duration of your trip, but on the traffic conditions.

NOTE : WAITING TIME CHARGES ARE APPLICABLE ONLY IN CASE OF POINT TO POINT TRIP NOT IN CASE OF PACKAGES LIKE 4Hrs-40Km or 8Hr-80Km or Outstation.
