Speed Volume

Good app, but like some other people have said it needs limiters set. The issue that I just had is the app glitched out and wanted to keep turning the volume up. This resulted in the volume being maxed and when I tried to manually turn the volume down it would turn it right back up again to max. At least with limiters set you can't blow your ears off at max volume.

Doesn't work for me. Seems to control the ringer/notification volume instead of the main/media volume. Might be due to the device (its on a car android system).

I can't assign the apps, such as Pandora, that I want or when I'm not driving. Listening to Facebook or YouTube when I'm not moving it cuts the volume down. Have to reopen and turn it off

No way to adjust min or max volume. Could not hear at all until I got up to 45mph. Many other apps of this type available that work MUCH better.

It does work it will change with speed. The amount it changes per speed is too much. You need to be able to I just how much it changes each increment. Sorry had to uninstall not what I'm looking for as it is too chunky.

I'm in my car for work all day. I am so sick of turning up the volume when I jump on the interstate. Does exactly what I need and want out of a speed based volume control app.

I also had trouble with initial volume but it was too soft for me. Being able to set that somewhere, like minimum and maximum values, would be nice. A bigger interval seems to help volume fluctuation at highway speeds, but not completely, probably has to do with GPS more than the program.

In principal it's a good idea, but this is never going to work without being able to set the start volume and the maximum permitted volume. I can see it running volume up to 100% and distorting the sound. What if volume is already at 90% when it starts?

It turns the volume up from where I set it to 100% when I hit the initial speed setting. There is no incremental volume adjustment.

The overall concept is great, it works (most of the time). The annoying thing is the way it fluctuates when you're trying to drive at a steady speed.

Does exactly what it claims to do and does it well. Very useful.

Works great on Droid X even with a stereo Bluetooth headset.

I gave it 3 stars because it does work about half the time. When it is working, it Will tend to fluctuate at a steady hiway speed.

I was looking for an app to regulate volume between navigation and media player. This app works great at speed volume control. It reduced the need for application based equalizer that I never found. Incredible2 (van or Harley)
