App does what it says. False advertisement from office depot. Says you have access to over 150 videos to help you get familiar w/ your device. Customer service has no clue where to find these videos. Wow! I purchased 2 cards for 9.99 each. Tech part of it only offered support for setup. Galaxy did a great job with setting it up. Bad purchase for me.

The sales rep told me that the $10 paid (at the store) got me utilities that would set up my tablet for maximum performance, along with over 150 videos on how to use the tablet. I went to the URL on the purchased card, downloaded the application, registered with the serial number, and ended up with an application that does very simple computer maintenance that several free utilities can do. The 150 videos were nowhere in sight, nor does Office Depot have a clue where to find them.

I need the tutorials from step 3 to show me how to use the new tablet BUT I don't know how to use the new tablet without the tutorials. HELP.

This is a great app! Works wonders on my Nexus 7, plus you can buy these at the store for things you didn't get there. I bought two, one for the Nexus 7 I got there, and the second for my Atrix smartphone!

Key? What key? Where do you get the key? Why do you need all my personal info? I'll wait for some other guinea pigs to try this and give their take on it. One star for not giving info on key and requesting personal info, without an explanation.
