James Strong, former professor of exegetical theology at Drew Theological Seminary, spent more than thirty-five years preparing his landmark concordance. First published in 1890 with the help of more than one hundred colleagues, Strong's remains the most widely used concordance and dictionary of Bible words from the King James Version of the Bible.

Just an awesome app it's amazing that you could just look up a Strong's Concordance and definition instantly it would take you 10 minutes to do it the old-fashioned way for just one word, amazing... plus you get instant pronunciation and original spelling and all the instances used in the Bible. On top of that the highlighting and bookmarking is also awesome just a great app makes being a Christian a lot easier... I would never drag an old Strong's Concordance into to church with me but I take this and I'm on top of the sermons instantly at all times

Very nice app. Will update if I find anything that could use an improvement. Update: When you change the font size, the location of the lettering changes on the screen, however, the location of the links for the concordance does not move accordingly. Therefore when you long press one word it opens up the concordance for another word either above or below. When the font is adjusted smaller I find it necessary to long press on the line below the word I will to be opened, it actually highlights the non underlined text but opens the underlined word just about the text that is highlighted.

I really like that this app let's me easily flip though all the different greek and Hebrew words without having to pull out the physical copy we have of Strong's. Be informed that the other translations are available for PURCHASE. This was disappointing as we didn't know this ahead of time and that was part of why we even got this app. It's better than the free version, but if the reason you want this app is to have easy access to other translations, skip it unless you're prepared to spend $6 more.

I'm experiencing a problem when copy&paste scriptures into notes. It only pasted part of what I copied. Then I had to type in the remainder. It did this both on my phone and my tablet. Also, I am having trouble with it not syncing between the two devices now.

Ahhh, the old blanket "bug fixes" excuse. Sorry, I don't blindly do updates. If its important enough to do an "update" then its important enough to say what it is. Too many folks get burned on updating an app, only to learn its a dud, and then they can't roll back the update!
