Excellent app remote control, but not supporting for some devices. If disconnected due to low internet, it not connecting automatically. When changed from state to state net disconnecting due to roaming

Works fine for LG G4, but I can't connect to my mother's Moto G5 Plus. The phone doesn't prompt to download an add-on, and it says it connected, but the viewer doesn't get anything. This is promising, and I hope more reliable than oneAssistant once I get it working for her.

Downloaded app on rockchip android 4.4.4 and I was able to connect to it from my windows 10 pc. However only information on the device and file transfers could be done. There is no remote control button in left hand top corner as advertised in video and remote control claims in description. Hence this aspect is absent. NEED TO FIX THIS.

Does work on xiomi phones no special addon for xiomi so only able to view not able to remote control.teamviewer being such a big company should be compatible with all devices hope they fix it.
