OnDeck Parent

Now you no longer support it and OnDeck is not supported for tablets! WTF! Now I have no mobile access to OnDeck as Google Play will not allow it to be installed. I realize this is a free app but you need to understand how all parties are impacted by you dropping the parent app. The OnDeck app does not work on all tablet formats and models. Now I have no mobile access on my tablet as Google Play will not allow OnDeck to be downloaded or installed on my Galaxy tablet. This is some low down piss poor action on your part TeamUnify.

This is a wreck of an app. It tries to fit in functionality as though people should have a manual to use it. For some reason doesn't have data on my kids that one would expect. Apparently believes I am interested in hundreds of meets in other countries when my kids are just starting to swim. Very little would be worth keeping when redeveloping this poorly conceived app.

So far I can only see my swimmer's name and age, no meet results, no best times and the attendance record is only from last year. The only thing that works is the job management. Useless.

The tool works well. Reliable. For free and no ads cant expect much more. I woukd suggest to redo some entries and resukts navigation because it is hard to use it or quickly find things. Also if you could add function to save timer results with titles-comments it would be invaluable tool. Thanks for doing this!

It would be great if it had a search function but as an app in process it's fairly good... some of the issues may be related to the database not being fully updated by the team itself... but it's worth giving it a try.

I have remember me checked but have to enter my password everytime I open the app. Sometimes it's multiple times a day. My son's meet results are often missing. I would love to see the divisional and state cuts listed somewhere. Overall app is ok but I find myself using meet mobile more often despite it has meet results only.

Meet mobile is so much better. I can't isolate or save my son's times. Very disappointed in this app

Pay a dev to fix this. It looks like it was designed 15 years ago. Why do I have to log in every time?

The interface is horrific. Trying to just see the useful information is very difficult to navigate.

Worthless! Updates on meets take forever and sometimes never even get updated! Absolutely worthless app.

You always know where your swimmer is at with regards to time standards. It also has some cool applications to break things down.

The problem is known for a long time and still no fix. Very disappointed. And the app has not seen real improvement in the 3+ years I have been using it

This app has some great features like a stopwatch that saves for specific events, qualifying times for big meets set up by the coach and instant results at the meets. You can also see all the times of the entire team.

It seems like this was created and then never tested for bugs or user experience.

The IPAD, IPHONE version let's you see who is on what relay for upcoming meets. The Android version shows the entire team instead. I would be very happy if you could at least catch us up to IPhone users.

Installed the new version on my Nexus 6P and it now says it's incompatible. When I try to log in it takes me back to the Play Store to install the new version (already installed) but now it's not compatible. Had to restore old version from backup. Will rate again when issue is fixed.

Won't let me log in, my info is correct but it keeps telling me it's wrong. No one to contact for help.

Info shows it is synching, but does not show up. No meet info. Meh on my Note 3.

The only thing I can see is her events for the meet...I get push notifications that it's updated with results but they are never there when I go in.

You can't stay logged in requiring you to constantly reenter passwords. Also, it doesn't stay up to speed with the event. It's slow to get results. I do like the feature that allows you to download motivational times to be shown for your swimmer.

The app is very difficult to use and is cluttered with needless stuff. I want to see my kid, his past times, and time his events. A practice calendar would be nice too. I don't care about other swimmers, their attendance, and split pacing. Instead of throwing 50 things into the app that is not very user friendly, why not focus on 4 or 5 useful items and make them work better.

This app isn't the best I like I swim times a little better but that is only for Apple meet mobile is good but you pay monthly this is the one I always go back to

Very helpful app for those whose clubs are current in updating info. Our club is and therefore this app is very informative and helpful.

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it doesn't always show you all of the meets

The app will not keep my settings and it does not display my messages from the coaches. I'm not sure what it's benefit to me out my swimmer would be. Very frustrating!

Intuitive, user friendly.

I like it, it makes accessing everything very easy and gives quick access, but when starting out the navigation was a bit confusing.

Still clicking here and there finding my way around. Haven't seen any really info about my child or team.

Exactly what i needed. The only problem is that when viewing meet results for specific people, some events do not display the stroke, just distance. Otherwise, great work!

Should be able to link out to Web, should link with UK (or local) rankings, could be slicker, but a useful snapshot and goto app.

Almost enough said. Having to sync the database to see anything new is silly.

The old version gave splits in swimmers best times.

Often not working...have to sign in too many times before it works...but when it works, it is great!

This app allows you to track upcoming swim events easily. It also has time standards available for checking against the results.

I cannot look at just my kids information from a meet. Said it was a known bug and they would have it fixed in an update close to the new year. Apparently works much better on iPhones. Need to get those Droid updates going. Will re-assess after the update.

I find that I have to constantly re-enter my password even when the "Remember Me" is ticked. I know that my club posts results for my swimmers as I can see it in their TeamUnify website yet nothing shows up in OnDeck. Trying to find a reason to keep this on my phone. Update: doesn't want to exit. Nothing to like here.

Very dependent on how well the team uses team unify features. Also time standards lists are very confusing (it is difficult to determine which time standard to choose based on the short name given in the list). But overall very useful. I use time standards view, meet results and future meets views most frequently.
