Update, 8/17; been using on Android phone, works well. Some screens cut off the bottom, like the pace calculator.

Great app! Very useful! Maybe there can be a feature that shows team records

Able to log in but after choosing my child's team asked to agree to license and privacy policy. No problem! But I click accept and get warning multiple edit not completed. I have actually read both notices and clicked accept everywhere it shows. Total waste of time

Not working with Samsung Galaxy S4. It blows up when I click on a meet. Now I'm w/o since the old OnDeck-Parent isn't available.

My swim team suggested all parents get this app and they provided a team name/alias we would need to get started. After the app was installed on my android 4.4.2 phone, there was only a login screen asking for email and password. I tried using my email address to register a new account and nothing happens. I tried using the Forgot Password link and it just closes the app. So, I'd love to use the app but can't. I will change my rating if the developers advise me on how to solve this issue thereby allowing me to even use the app.

Thank you for the quick fix to the login problem. App has great access to our kids past times, and team news and info. Easy access to commit to meets and sign up for jobs. Could be a little more clearly organized, different arrows and headers used pop open. Don't blame the app for incomplete or inaccurate data, it's up to the team to upload that.

This used to work very well. Now it does not allow me to log in any more. Always kick me out saying wrong password or email. I did not change it. I was trying to contact for my email and reset the password by clicking forgot password and it just kicks me out to my home screen. Now it is useless for me. I tried to reinstall few times and it is the same.

I am trying to sign in and do not know where to create an account? Help!

Latest update doesn't work for Android

Every time I click on "run meet" it crashes back to my home screen. Used to work great but this has now been happening for a week.

It ALWAYS forgets the password between uses. Seems like it does it on restarts. (Android)

Not compatible on my 5.0 android after installing new version.

Not compatible on any of my android tablets.

Well now I have 2 or 3 kids. I knew I had 1. Also only has 11 and under listed for all kids. Old version was better. Or the people maintaining it are not given to details and accuracy.

I have the most recent Android version installed and I hate having to type my password almost every time.

Run meet throws you out of app every time. Junk.

No heat or line just blank.

Doesn't have some of the things I liked about the old app. Before, I didn't have to enter my password every time I wanted to access the app. I had the options in settings to remember it, not with this update. I've seen some people with the ability to use a fingerprint access but with Android, apparently, this doesn't work. Took forever to get the time standards to work. I don't like how all my account info is the first screen that pops up when I open the app. Would prefer a menu or the ability to choose what I want to see first, as I was able to previously.

Before the update I could use this app with no troubles. Now I can't even check anything except for what is on the screen when I open the app. As soon as I click on something it closes me out. Therefore, I can't check on my swimmers results. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to no avail. Deleting for good until this issue is fixed. I'm not sure if it's an app issue alone or it just doesn't cooperate with droid devices.

Looks more polished but doesn't have the features the old app did, i.e. lane/heat assignments, seeing other swimmers from the team, etc. As a coach and parent, this would be helpful. I also wanted to download on my Samsung tablet, but no go. It says my device is not compatible with the new version and I cannot open the old version. With old app, I was able to use my tablet.

They took a well functioning app and made it basically useless for a parent. Hopefully they look at all the negative reviews and fix it quickly. I can't even pull up past meet results. Did anybody beta test the functionality. Update: After many updates that haven't improved the app, I have uninstalled it. The Kmart of apps.

Like almost everything else associated with Team Unify, this app does not cut the mustard. It needs a complete overhaul as well as their web based counterparts.

Just installed the app. Charges listed are different than on club site. Times are old. When do they update with the USA Swimming site?

The new version is difficult to navigate. Hate it. Bring the old one back. Don't fix what isn't broken.

Needs improvement. Why doesn't "Remember me" work for the password?

The features from OnDeck Parent keep coming in. It is great being able to declare for meets from the App!

No 15 and over swimmers anymore.

This app can control both microphone and camera; not acceptable for an app that will likely be used often by our kids in locker and shower rooms. I read the developer's reply and appreciate taking my concern seriously; however, I will not use or promote this app until they eliminate it's access to camera and mic.

Old version was better at this point. By the time the info loads, the app closes when you try to select an upcoming meet, swimmer, etc. Not happy because it simply wastes my time checking the app. I've also tried reinstalling, it didn't help.

Prev review of first use of new app was critical, coming off OnDeckParent. I did helpful tutorial, getting used to some of added flexibility, getting comfortable. Like the improved Standards selection process. Do i need the Run Meet feature? I dont think so. Do I need three stopwatches? No. So, still a criticism that app is too bulky. Finally, app quit working on my old S3. Wont connect to server. Working on the iPad but has crash bugs. Nav into meet history, swimmer, upon swimmer select it dumps out program.

I just got an invite for an event and there is no way to commit to it... This is a boorly tested app... And worse, the web page no longer works!

Time standards are there. All of the kid's meets are there. Everything that the old one had, this one looks to have. Just have to load the standards back in.

Was not able to run meet. So reinstalled. Can not start now. Sad. The old version was a very useful tool.

No longer available to me. I can no longer use this app. I sent emails back and forth to On Deck and was notified due to their update I can not access it

Can't even login.. Continues to say my email is incorrect but offers no assistance..Besides, my email, etc has not changed! Very frustrating!

I miss the old format of this app. Should have at least fixed all of the issues with this before release.
