About Pokemap - Find Nearby Pokemon
A community built Pokemon map for finding nearby Pokemon. Find Pokemon for Pokemon Go and help out other trainers with this free, easy to use app.
How it works:
-When you find a rare Pokemon, open Pokemaps to bring up the Pokemon map, hit the pink plus button and a picture of the Pokemon will be added to the map at your current location. Other users will be able to see this and thus can improve their Pokedex's by finally being able to catch those elusive Pokemon.
-When looking for a certain Pokemon tap the search bar at the top and enter the Pokemons name, this will toggle the visibility of the Pokemon on the map so that only the one you are looking for will show.
-Pokemaps relies on user generated content, if you search for a Pokemon and it doesn't show up, it's because no one in the community has added its catch location. Take this as an opportunity to support the community and other users by hunting it down and finding it's location on the Pokemon map :)

I live in the east Midlands England and it shows nothing I can get to the nearest is over 30 miles and I'm not walking that far !!!!!

Every time I try adding a Pokemon to the map, I sit through an ad just to go back to the screen where I pick the Pokemon I want to place, only to sit through another ad. It just loops like this through ads without ever getting to place a Pokemon.

I've been looking for a good pokemon go map since release. This pokemon go map is definitely it. Easy to use and only uploads current location so you don't get trolls. Can't wait to see the map full up with pokemon. Needs more people to upload their catch but that's sure to happen and to have gyms and shops added.

Every time you click on a Pokémon to locate it puts a picture of the Pokémon on your current location. It's fraudulent and waste of a download. Fake app and fake reviews from people saying how it works when it's crap.

There's nothing malicious about the app but it doesn't show locations at all, when you "search" for any pokemon it just shows a picture of that pokemon on the map near your location. It told me there was a Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise, Mew and Mewtwo all on the same place right next to my house. I assure you, they arent.

I can see in the future if a bunch of People use this, it could be useful. But pokemon disappear they don't stay put. And they come at different times.

It only shows the big cities, searched and eevee which is on my nearby in game but not on this map, if you live in a smaller town it won't track on this app

Difficult to search. Hard to see from world map. Not too user friendly.

Cool idea. Was able to get it to work for a bit, but found a bug where I can't scroll up on the Pokémon selection screen.
