TeamSnap-Sport Team Management

Love the app. Using it for a soccer team and a girl scout troop. Wish it did sign ups for time slots as well as sign up genius though. It is the best group management app I have found.

Makes my life as a team manager much easier but very disappointed that we have ads popping up and slowing the app down when we actually pay for the app!

I have two kids playing sports and both coaches use Team Snap. It's great to have all the schedules in one place. My husband and I share the account login, so we both have all the team information.

Annoying ads keep popping up - our team pays for this and we get ads.

What's with the ads popping up when I select a message to read? Full page AND the "x" to close doesn't work. I have to use the phones back button to get out of it. Never did this on my iPhone, disappointed this is happening on my s8. Fix this garbage!

App has great functions but at $12 a month a don't expect to see ads every time I click on something. SORT IT OUT!!

App works well. I'm manager of a Pee Wee hockey team and rely on Team Snap for practically everything team related. I've used a few other apps in the past but this is by far the best app of it's kind. Also, customer support is fantastic...they reply quickly, figure out what the problem is and fix it in a very timely manner.

It was great until they ruined it with ads. Now it is useless because you spend more time trying to get passed the ads then you do viewing the schedule.

Stupid idea to put in ads for people that pay for the app. They want more money to get rid of the ads. Bonehead move! Will not be using this app.

They have added so many commercials to the app it's annoying! I will be looking for a different team program next season.

Brutal UX. Needs a user centric redesign. Clearly not enough time spent on what secondary pains they are trying to solve for, and the internal ads for an App we have paid for indicates the product team really just doesn't' get it.

Was a great app until ads were introduced this year. Our team pays a yearly subscription to use the service now we are being asked to pay more for the app to access it. Bad business practice and we may be looking elsewhere to manage our team.

Not sure what the hype is. I've had this app for about 6 months and it's ok. It's very slow, even with my brand new phone on Wi-Fi. They charge for just about every upgrade, so we just use the basic team communication and organization. If all of my parents were on Facebook, I'd just use a Facebook group instead. But this will have to do for now. I used to use an app called Teamsphere that had much more functionality than this. It's too bad they shut that down. Oh well. This gets the job done, but nothing more and nothing great about it.

Decent... But the app fails to provide the desktop functionality you'd expect. Cannot input stats (I'd think this would be a no-brainer), cannot access video links saved to files (players aren't watching the videos I submit... because they can't access them on their phone).

Amazing app that helps keep all my kids game time and location at my finger tips. Never miss a game or practice again. Also great communication tool to stay in touch with teams

I'm logged in through the Web but when I try to access through the app it tells me I need an invite. No log in option in the app.

Really helpful at sharing information to my whole team and knew they are getting notified. I'll use for all my teams going forward, if I have a say.

Crashes after about a minute every time I use it.

It's a wondeful tool in sports. Very easy to use, friendly and useful. I love the fact that I can watch what's going on with the game, even when I can't be there

Our team paid for the annual subscription, but now have to deal with ads in the app. BS!!!

Pretty good for basic game information...and availability status. Really like how I can pay monthly dues thru this app as well. ????

The full version is great if you want to pay. The limited version offers less than using a group on FB and has ads.

It is a life saver for those like me with three kids in different soccer teams. It is very user friendly. I love it!

Without this app it would be brutal to keep on top of kids hockey schedule. So useful to message people on team too

Helps us keep up with game schedules, player availability, score, etc. Good tool for team communication & management.

Love this app! My only suggestion would be to allow for video uploads.

Great app. Can check in before the game as well as seeing how many players are in before the game.

Awesome app to keep everything organized.

My daughter plays for multiple soccer teams.. TeamSnap makes it easy for me as the manager of her teams to keeps me from having to send emails every other day about practices, games, training and game day uniforms, everyone stays up to date, all information is is one place, I add the address of the field and parents can get directions, etc.. There are features we don't use, only wish availability was part of free option.. I have recommended this app to all team managers I know.. Love it, Love it!!
