As others have commented - the settings don't stick, and as such; they revert when the song changes. What's causing this?

Loving my sounds on my moped again with my Nexus 5 on Marshmallow.

It made quite a big difference compared to running stock. I wanted to boost the sound because I am using my nexus 4 with the FM transmitter and it wasn't getting loud enough. The current setup I am using is Boostpop 2.7 (Lollipop) ROM with Hell Doctor kernel. Its working perfectly. There is also Unleashed kernel which claims to support FauxSound but I haven't tested it personally.

Would like it if it worked still. Shamu w MM and elementalX kernel.

Running Tamasek's CM12.1 rom on Canadian Note 4 and I read about this app on XDA and figured I'd giv'er a go and I'm glad I did! My Note 4's speaker justa screams now and it's easy to adjust when needed.. The only thing is when I plug my headphones in the sound is really muffled and very low even when volume is full and the only way to fix it is to open app while music playing and adjust any gain and it fixes until next time I plug headphones in its muffled again! Can u plz update n fix?? Otherwise awesome!

The app is great but there's still some bugs to patch. Moreover, It will be very kind of you if you'll implement all of this soundcontrols to the stock faux kernel app.

And it works great, but that drawer icon O_o Edit: Well, yep. 3 stars. UI is important, right? And so is the icon. If you don't know where and how to find/order an simple png file it's sad.

This app works great, custom kernel is a must. I have updated this app on regular basis but after 3.6 driver update it has stopped working with lean kernel. No more works with latest version of Android lollipop 5.1.1

Made the sound on my s4 mini so much better.. Best £1.54 spent

i need to reinstall it from play store everytime i reinstall my rom and restore apps with titanium backup...

Fauxsound settings don't stick on any kernel for hammerhead lollipop. They revert and cause audio abnormalities

Contacted developer prior to rating. No response. Bugged as shit (barely functions). Would've gotten a refund if I could. Using a nexus 5 with elemental kernel.

Nexus 7 2013 has intolerably low volume. This app, combined with CleanROM Lollipop and ElementalX kernel provides way more volume without affecting sound quality.

Every time when I'm listening to music, when a notification arrives the sound level of the music is lowered. When I go to the app and readjust it there is no effect. The same goes when I make a phone call through the headphones while listening to some music.

Im missing it on N5, latest CM11 with ElementalX 1.13 kernel. Is this app or kernel related? Thanks! Edit: I have the controls in ElementalX app, although I can set them up to 6, while your app sets it to 33 as I saw it in ElementalX app.

A must have for any kernel that uses faux sound, this app can help find tune that audio on your device however you want.

I develop ROMs for g3 and have included support .. I always recommend this app. As long as people know how to use this its perfect.. Love the new material update to.. Keep it up man I've bought all your apps and have them supported in my ROM ...

I could not listen to music on my phone without this kernel and app. Improves sound quality massively

This add-on to the faux kernel gives you the sound boost we needed on our Nexus devices. I can only speak for Nexus 5 & 6 owners, but I love this app on both my phones.

Setting don't stick for speaker gain. On lollipop on my lg g3. Update. Never mind there is a custom setting. Working really well for volume boost. Thanks!

Everytime a track is changed on 5.0.1 for gt-i9505 sound goes back to stock levels. When i reopen the app it acts like im opening it for the first time since boot.

My faux sound app says I do not have the proper root permissions for this app to work which is so weird because I am rooted and root permissions are surely on.
