Team App

App is very useful for what it does. I have used it on iOS and Android and recently I have noticed it crashes quite a bit, though no longer have iOS to check if platform related. A couple of things I would love to see are: • Ability to send an email notification for team lists • Ability to track stats - currently using an excel spreadsheet and manually uploading as PDF • Ability to perform a 'one off' cancellation of an ongoing event - ie cancel one week of training. I can't see a way to do this at present

Don't waste your time - must open, close and re-open to see new notifications, if I do get notifications and if it doesn't crash. Have given up and instead rely on text messages to have instructions communicated to me by coach/team. A little old school but more efficient. Can't understand why an organization would endorse the use of this poor-quality app.

Love this App very useful for us as we have adjusted it to use for a youth organisation and the privacy is much better than using Facebook. Only problem we have it occasionally crashes when you open and sometimes unable to open. I have recommended it to so many people and they all love ut too. Great App

Overall its very good and keeps my team updated. But there are a few glitches. As sometimes the app crashes. As well as leaving notifications or events "unseen or unread" even though they have already been viewed. It is irritating as how we receive a notification from team app and also as a email

Crashes on open nearly every time. Notifications disappear way too quickly, they should hang around for at least a week, ie until after the game they are notifying you about. Would be nice to be able to manage multiple accounts from one install, a common use case for parents.

I have been using this app for nearly 3 years now, on ipad which has is better, and also mobile Web version which is better again. You still cannot see where you have replied "no" and need to exit the event and go back in.

Simply bad... I'm forced to use it because our football team manager chose this app. But experience is bad, it crashes a lot, very not intuitive. In other teams we use other apps, which are so much better..

I have used this app for a few years now, but I am growing frustrated with all its glitches. It doesn't load properly 9 times out of 10, I have to constantly refresh. I have to restart the app and my phone often. Notifications have glitches. It's dragging and very slow. I have all the current updates. I'm hoping there is a solution for this soon or I'm going to need to switch to an alternative app. :-(

Always, not just sometimes, has an error opening the app. Have loaded latest version, problem still exists. It still works after I go through the "force stop" screen.

It is to glitchy does not tell me when there is new updates. Its clunky I don't like it. 6 months later and it still has not improved. Unfortunately I have no other option than to use it!!!

This app crashes all the time not to mention when someone posts a link you cannot click on it, also can't read posts. Great concept but poor delivery....... The other thing that gets me is the developers reply to positive feed back but never to anyone that has poor feedback

Clunky, not intuitive, crashes repeatedly. Periodically turns off notifications on its own. Currently showing a message that push notifications are turned off, but all indications are that they are turned on.

Great app if it ran smoothly. Lots of loading issues. Trouble opening, viewing chats, gallery, schedules, and imagines. Long chats have to be refreshed from the beginning of the history and most of the time that doesn't load. It can be a PAIN

Very helpful! I used it to organize an a cappella singing group and generally it's awesome! Obviously I wish you could upload audio, in addition to images and video, and it's too bad web links don't work in comments, but otherwise it's saved me soo much grief and admin time communicating with my group, organizing rehearsals and setting up gigs! Really solid app!

I am disappointed that tech support hasn't come up with an Android Scheduling work around fix as of yet. You should inform users you haven't a clue when you plan to offer a solution for syncing TeamApp schedules with Google Calendar. Why don't you look at Meetup Android app and take a lesson. I've waited patiently for several months and still no solution. Scheduling is the only real purpose of TeamApp and you've failed to correct the midst important feature of your product! I would give TeamApp 5 star rating if this fault is ever corrected.

It mostly works, but can be frustrating to use. It usually doesn't refresh as expected, and the refresh control is in different places on different pages. It doesn't always show the context of new comments (for example, if someone comments on an event, you might see the comment but not which event it was about).

This app has really solved all communication issues in our organization! I love it and so does the other parents, players, coaches and directors.

Great in theory but every time I open it and swipe down to refresh, it crashes. Very annoying coz I like the app but very frustrating at times.

Its ok to stay connected but a bit buggy and slow. Keeps crashing and slow to respond. Could be heaps better.

a bunch of nice features packed into a single app. one caution- be careful about team name format. Certain characters cause glitches when you try to associate with a team.

Very clunky interface. Buttons not obvious. Slow to react. Teamer a much better app.

It's a good app to keep all informed. It had a few glitches but I'm sure they will work themselves out.

I registered with the app, but now I can't login, I can't reset my password and I cannot register. There appears to be no support available.

Team App is great. So many great ways to look after your team including fixtures, voting, sponsorship and more. Well worth grabbing this and getting all the parents on board because it makes life much easier... On top of that the developers provide awesome support and implement features if you ask them nicely enough.

It is ok when the program wants to work. I use this program for my security company to set schedule and to communicate. Unfortunately there has been many times our employees could not read what was posted on the chat or the app abruptly stopped working. If theses fixes we're made then it could be better.

A terrible app. Must have been designed by a 5 years old, even the basics are executed terribly

Very disappointed that the ads shown were inappropriate for the age group this app is intended for. Naughty book stores for instance. I'm glad I ran a test with coaches before I sent out to parents and student athletes.

It does what it says keeps you up to date. Does crash every now and again

Great for keeping up with the team. App crashes constantly, dev team needs to get it together.

Does not work on android. I tried to add my team and had to do it from the computer. It stopped working every time I checked. After June 26 fix...still not working

Good concept but unstable. A few other small issues.

It's great. Makes everything I need to know very easy for me. My Father-in-law also has team app now and it's extremely helpful for him and easy to use for the us both. 5 stars!

Your pop up add telling me ive a message cost me €40 it was a tesco add I clicked onto with recurring charges

I don't like the fact that after I click and read my notifications the app still shows a pending notification. Very annoying.

Concept is hreat and as a club we are using this for all of our internal communications, however it is clunky and glitchy at tim es.

Keeps crashing! Cant get rid of notifications or pick which device i want them on. Has to be all or none

It gets the job done I wish I could turn off the notifications when people are responding gets annoying sometimes

I would like the app a lot but it freezes before letting me select my team profile every time except for when I have a notification.

Love this app!! Easily keeps all our domestic sports teams info and fixtures in one place. Easy to use the kids can look up their games and stats each week.

Very Irritating that notifications remain flagged as new even after being opened several times.
