Would have been five stars but minus one for execution... I think the app could be better- animated letters and words fir example, to better show the formation if the fonts. If you never picked up a calligraphy pen before, and can't locate a Speedball Lettering Textbook, (inexpensive... like ten bucks, ) this app would be worth 99 cents for four to five stars. An A for effort and for helping keep the art alive in this new media! Calligraphy examples... the lettering s/b more consistent.

This app explains no more than a brief, basic article readily available for free online. A real nerve charging for this rubbish, even the examples are wobbly and poor. Avoid like the plague. Refunded.

This app is good for a resource when carrying out a project. It could do with a few more fonts though, which was the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.
