I've been a member of TCU for many years and had no problems until the technology updates came along. I have to reset my password almost every time I log in, and even then it's not a guarantee I will get in to my account information. Even their own "reset" codes I get sent to reset my password don't work.....really! Come on....please fix this app already. It doesn't work well at all.

This app is the only TCU app that is accepted for my bank... Nothing else. I searched. I have to login not once but TWICE, every single time I log onto this app! It simply will not work the first time, I couldn't tell you why. I have tried logging on only one time & waited 10-15 minutes just to see if it worked... Nope. But once I hit back & login once again it works. Why!?!? Multiple times of uninstalling & reinstalling didn't work either. Same thing. Bruh

I really shouldve checked the reviews before updating the app, but now it rarely works. Try to login and itll fail instantly, or it'll start to load then freeze. Every once in awhile I can actually get in to see my balance, but that's rare. Please fix this.

TCU, you went way backwards on this one. Terrible user interface and only works part of the time. Look at Capital One's app for some ideas to help improve yours!

I can take crystal clear pictures of check with my camera app, however the built in method in the tcu mobile app needs to actually FOCUS.

Why isn't the TCU app on the S8 capable of fingerprint sign-in? Also, there is no mobile deposit option. I just reduced my rating to 2 star because of this.

I can't log in once I add my phone to my trusted devices list. Also, can't look at a text for a secure code without it logging out on me and forcing me to start over again. We need a new update. We need a BETTER update than this current POS they call an app.

Very good app! logs in the first time every time. stays logged in. all transfers and online bill pay both work great! haven't tried mobile check deposit as I have no use for it. -Google Pixel-

I don't like that you can't text to see your balance anymore, that perk was actually very convenient... I no longer get my balance when deposits/withdraws happen either...

This is not user friendly, I'm trying to link an external account to pay my loan and it won't allow it. First and last time I go through TCU - I heard it's a great bank but I do everything online and unfortunately this is hindering me.

For some odd reason, if I get an error logging in, say system down, the only way I can use the app again is to remove it and then reinstall it. I have written better apps for the federal government.

Sent a message to TCU about their poor app and they responded that they haven't heard any negative feedback! So apparently they don't monitor Google Play Store....how ridiculous is that?

Bill pay only works on my phone, not on my tablet. Whoever did the last update needs to go back and try again. Everything worked before that. The app is absolutely useless.

9 times out of 10 you cannot log into your accounts. It gets stuck loading. I've been unable to view my accounts for days due to this bad update. This needs to be fixed right away!

I rely heavily on this app and after switching phones it never works. Can't get it to even register my device now. Please fox this junk app or I will be considering an online bank that has their apps figured out...

Everytime I go to use the app I can't even get into it until the 2nd or 3rd time I log in. It just stays on the log in screen or stays on the progress bar screen forever and I have to quit the app completely and start over again.

This is the WORST app. It never works. I will login, it will flip over to the loading page and get stuck right before it is finished loading. I can log in multiple times and it still won't load. I have talked to a tcu employee at a branch, I have uninstalled and re-installed, I have kept it updated. This has been a problem since they went to the new format over a year ago and the issue has yet to be resolved. If I didn't need the app for my banking, I would delete it. It sucks.

The app does not open up the camera when trying to make a mobile check deposit. This doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy s6 or Note 5.

A few years ago, TCU had a very functional mobile app for Android. Then someone decided to "improve" it and it hasn't worked right since and they seem pretty much uninterested in fixing it. It constantly hangs on the login screen. I usually have to sign in 5 or more times before it will finally sign in all the way and get me to in to my accounts page. The location finding feature is broken beyond description. Useless.

Pretty good app. Very useful. Only problem I've had is if you accidentally wonder off the sign in page, you have to retype name and password. Pretty easy fix by not messing up. Lol

Doesn't deduct bills immediately after you pay Bills so unable to keep track unless I do myself.

As a truck driver I find this app an invaluable tool. I can know my balance no matter what state I'm in. The only issue I have is that I can not transfer money to or from other financial institutions.

Now its junk. I type my password in and it gets stuck on "loading". So I have to close it out and re-open it, type my password AGAIN, and it MIGHT work. Otherwise I'm forced to use my web browser so I can enter my password a third time.
