teach.NSW JobFeed Mobile for Android
App is broken, permeant feed is empty, please fix
Doesn't work
Doesn't show permanent jobs. Hasn't for a long time.
Didn't show any permanent jobs at all for one cycle, now they're back but high school jobs have stopped being entered by subject area making it impossible to 'filter by' particular subject areas.
The app looks great and works fine on my Android. HOWEVER, the job feed is full of positions not in my area or teaching field. In addition job descriptions are external links. If there was a way to filter the job feed I would give this app 4 stars and if the job descriptions within the app 5.
Easy to navigate
It would be much more useful if you could apply filters that are saved and only positions that are of interest to you are shown.
Getting back to the menu...how do you do it. Back doesn't work and there is no menu to drag across. I agree there are some great features on this app, but separating primary and secondary is an obvious error.
You have to open every entry to find your subject? What's wrong with simply feeding "English teacher" or "Science teacher". Update this app to include the pertinent data. This app is definitely in keeping with the dept. Each step fwd in efficiency incorporates a step back fwd in inefficiency.
Would be a lot more useful if I could separate primary and secondary classroom teacher positions. Also unable to navigate back to the previous page which is very irritating.
Good
Three quarters of my screen is covered by a white overlay, making the app unusable.

Love the mapping features. Jobs near me etc.
Simple to use. Easy to identify job opportunities with the job locator
Practical and easy to use, thanks
