TEAC AVR Remote for Android
Embarrassing. Just got my NT-503 tonight, and the Android app is THREE YEARS OLD. I guess I will have to get an iPad. It's one thing is an app maker is trying to fix problems, but here Teac obviously puts in zero effort. Publish the API and let people who care write usable apps.
Works well enough to control my Teac CD-P800T and allow it to stream files from my phone or other network location. Not the most intuitive interface and sadly lacking decent playlist support.
-It doesn't show file type, SF, Bit depht on Now Playing Info. -It does not remember the current folder when going back from Now Playing screen ( it goes to root folders list instead forcing to repeat each selection). -It does not read device name from settings on device which is confusing.
Even if the version of this app for iPhone/iPod is not perfect the version 1.53 for Android is far behind. Only displays 10 items (folders or tracks) at the same time requiring regular refresh. No access to device or app settings. I also experienced several freezes, for example when problems occur to read a file. That may be caused by my NT-503DAB that stops answering the app however it's not a reason for the app to display 'acquiring data' forever. Last but not least: does not support Qobuz.

Not working at all
Simple. It does not work...at all
Does absolutely nothing. No help setting up. Waste of my time.
DO NOT BOTHER USING THIS APP AS IT DOES NOT WORK!!! IT REALLY UPSETS ME THAT GOOGLE PLAY ALLOWS PEOPLE TO PUT AN APP THAT SUPPOSEDLY WORKS ON THE GOOGLE PLAY SITE. PLEASE STOP THESE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE FROM DOING THIS GOOGLE PLAY.

This app doesn't work at all why design a app that doesn't work what a totally waste of time
App doesn't work don't understand why it's still available for download with so many bad reviews
I realize that I'm not the most tech savvy person in the land, but I can usually get something to work eventually. Apparently, not this time :(
It doesn't even work useless.
Does not work with NP-H750. Why cannot TEAC build a conteol point app that works with this device and a NAS box? I have an ASUSTOR NAS and use AirWire on Android and the wonderful Creation 5 on iOS to control streaming of audio to the NP-H750, but they are unable to wake the device from standby, or control volume, tone, pause and skip back and forward. Furthermore, I can't make use of any internet radio station using a control point app. The NP-H750 appears to be a device desgned more for pull than push
Does not seem to work, wants wifi
Didn't work don't waste your time
What everyone else said
Not working
Does not work

I have both ateac tv and dvd player sitting in front of me and the app cannot find either

Works well with tascam cd-240 unit but desperately needs feature to be able to queue songs. Displays and plays all songs on shared network folders. Perhaps other reviewers don't understand the concept under which the app works. Requires media streaming software setup first. If you don't understand that try Google research. Only works with some devices too. Allows user to select and play files from network storage device through wifi anywhere in the house. It DOES display file type.
