T Dispatch Driver

It does anoing when you get charged for app and It gets constantly freeze. Need to fixed

Its a nice app but it lags alot and takes alot of time to process...

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON IT YOU WILL REGET IT. WE LOST $10,000 USD WITH THEM. TDispatch is the worst app and CRM in the world, its just a RUBBISH SCHOOL PROJECT. The whole system has too many bugs. Driver app doesn't display the information correctly, neither it dispatches the job to the driver, GPS Navigation doesn't work properly. CRM has too many bugs, it keeps showing the job dispatched, but drivers never get it. It has no cancellation fees option so a customer can book and when a driver arrived they cancel it, and there is nothing you can do, driver's data gets missing from CRM for no reason. If the customer changes the destination, there is no way you can charge the client. Passenger app has poorly designed screen not even designed for Retina Display, keep missing driver's picture, this is a school project. We are now seeking a full refund from TDispatch and will take them to court. This company will never help you grow. They are A NIGHTMARE you don't want to have. We tested the app for whole eight months and then we finally moved to another company, and we are now active in 144 countries. Feel free to contact me if you need full information about the bugs TDispatch has.

Please stay away from this. All the reviews here are paid for. These guys do not know simple TCP protocols at all. Their servers always down, they are clueless about simple ack packets.

Ur app did not work on samsung phone please fix this issue as i have change many phone it works on all phone perfectly but did not work on samsung phones thanx

Been using this service for 3 days now and apart from a few teething issues (-1 star) all is good. Fantastic support and even willing to ring from Germany to England :)

This app is a piece of junk I have a brand new Samsung Tab 4. downloaded the app registered as a driver try to log in and keep getting a message wrong user details please try again.

Works great for us. They have a lot of features . The app drains battery and data. I would like to launch a choice of navigation options. And be able to change refresh rates to ease up data usage. Currently trying free version.

Would like to launch google maps with route in place after accepting fair! Would be perfect then as route map is rubbish

Great app!

Have trialled tdispatch for 6 months. Unfortunately we have had nothing but problems. Drivers apps constantly failing. Slow booking engine and often problems with making bookings. We had high hopes when we discovered tdispatch but unfortunately it is not up to the job. We have now found a reliable and reputable service that has over 20 years experience in this industry. Autocab.
