Works well until you need it. When I or a technician test it (usually in my office), it's fine; but when I'm away from my office and want to use this app to call a client instead of calling from my private number, it will keep saying "registering... registration failed. Try again". Pretty useless

Was working OK a few weeks ago although it has always been a little glitchy. Now it won't work at all. It says no account in the upper right. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it does not recognize the configuration attachment file type. Others at my company are having the same experience.

Hangs on provisioning on starting until the first call comes in.

Would be good enough except it's draining battery. Doesn't allow phone to sleep.

Where to find v14 or lower ver softphone? How can you force the people to upgrade to v15 or high .

App has many issues and is barely usable. Can't answer phone calls from lock screen, messes up Bluetooth headsets, calls drop on network change, etc.

Besides being a dated UI design, the app needs heads up notifications for incoming calls. The app interrupts full screen regardless of what is currently open. Is there a way for the app not to open everytime there is a phone page in the office? Again, heads up notification would be nice. Lastly, the missed calls counter should reset each time the app is opened.

The app is usable, but it is not reliable enough for business to depend on it. Me company has constant issues with it. I constantly have to shut it down and restart it to be about to receive calls. You have to have Bluetooth connected first before you start the app or callers can't hear you. Which means if you go to your car and it auto connects you have to turn off BT or shutdown 3CX and restart it. Call quality is very spotty and situational, even when you have good signal. And switching back or forth from cell to WiFi will drop the call 100% of the time. It's just not refined enough for business usage

This app is not the best to use when your job is to call clients.The reception is bad often more than not. And the timed out error still occurs from time to time. Im not impressed with the app at all sadly.

The client works well with the following bugs: 1. All menu items under "More" require a double tap to go 2. The client will completely exit no matter if I select "Exit" or "Exit - Ignore PUSH" The issues only seem to be happening to my phone running Oreo, but a co-worker running Nougat has none of these issues. Hopefully these bugs get fixed and I can give it a higher rating.

Still needs work screen wouldn't come on when getting a call, when and if you can answer the call sometimes the screen is blank so can't transfer can't hang up nothing. Samsung Galaxy s8. App still needs work.

It works well on my android phone, but I've been trying it on my Samsung Chromebook Pro, and there isn't a way to setup the account. Camera permissions are correct, but I get "camera couldn't be initialized". Also, I can't get the downloaded config file to open with the 3cx application (which may be more a failing on my part than the app's part) Hopefully it will be setup to work on chromebooks in a future update.

Wonderful app most of the negitive comments you see on here are from older versions latest version has fixed most bugs really needs to support video however. Video between Android and Android, video between iOS and iOS, video between Android and Windows, video between Android and yealink phones etc. Once it supports that I will definitely give this 5 Stars it'll be perfect.

On galaxy s8 push is not working. I have tested with the same account on an S5 and S6 and have no issues just have the issue on s8 if this can be fiex will give 5 stars please contact me if more info needed

The app is pretty good, apart from requiring to set status manually. If I'm on a normal call, it should show as busy in 3cx. It would also been good to integrate with my calendar so if I'm busy the status changes.

I have a Google pixel. Occasionally this app causes me to lose audible alerts for other apps including SMS. Seemingly the only way to remedy is to uninstall this app and then reboot the phone.

The lastest update issue is that the receipt can't hear my voice in 3cx Android and iOS client but works fine in IP phones

we are paid customers but 3cx forcing us to use and pay for other soft phone apps for android and ios cause their mobile clients don't even support TLS transport, the server do support TLS but they are lazy to implement it on mobile, useless

Battery hog. Incredible. Pixel phone battery life of two days down to barely one because of this app running in background. Lots of echo and skip in voice calls. Also, won't ring on Nexus 4 unless app is foreground and screen is on. Seems to unregister itself for no reason.

Dear 3CX. We are using your 3CX system provided by local distributor for Slovakia. The application on desktop is working fine but Android application is unusable. - After answering a call on Android, for cca 30 seconds the sound is missing (we do not hear the caller) while the caller is able to hear us during that time. Sometimes both side do not hear a thing for cca 30seconds or more. - Its relevant if the call is internal 3CX (from another extension) or outside call to your call center running on 3CX Please fix this.

I have an issue on my Nexus 5x with this app. After using it, I can't get sound from any other application, YouTube etc . I have to reboot the phone to fix it. Wasn't an issue on previous Android version. Using Android 8.1.

When you press answer, it just sits there. Won't connect the phone call. But when you click on decline, it will drop the call.

Unable to use with 4g network. It does not get presence nor voicemail. It seems to work with wifi

The app works fine in mobile data in my mobile but in WiFi no ringtone for incoming call and also my phone ringtone gets off I have to manually restart phone to make everything fine.kibdly assist to fix

Cannot configure app. Instead of just asking me for SIP ID, password and server it requires some configuration file.

Does not work with older 3CX versions. Why do they not simply leave available the app for the older versions? This is forced obselecence. When you get a new phone, you can't use it with existing 3CX server thus trying to force buying new versions. Leaving older apps versions in the store is an easy solution to keep users happy and getting favourableable reviews.

Older versions were not great. This one is pretty darn good. Most of the low ratings are due to the fact that 3cx server itself is not nearly as easy to properly setup as they say. But once it is, this app works as well as can be expected for what it is.

Great app. Would like to see it have intergration with android like the ios app does on iphone. For example. Being able to choose to call from 3cx from contacts. And being able to answer calls from 3cx on handsfree in the car like you could a normal phone call.
