3cx is a really good phone app because when you set up your account its just like having a real phone when you have a tablet but overall it's a great phone app

It works okay, the latest release just closes itself automatically. I think I have it up and running and I go to use it and it's closed. Hopefully in 14 this will get fixed.

One awesome way to communicate, best thing we ever did was to change the 3CX and then make use of the 3CX soft phone.

Deployment/setup is great. Presence doesn't work on some android phones, the login status doesnt match the onhook status, random swap between in office and out of office... voice quality is ok. All up its kind of getting there, but just feels like basics aren't well tested and lacks care and attention.

Can not exit out of the application without a menu button... used it on note 2 and love it. On note 4 no menu button to exit, I will not use until solution is found.

Presences doesn't work. Won't pull 3cx directory. Worked until we upgraded to 12. Pretty useless now.

Had some devices working great, others not so stable and crashes the phone Connection, rather intermittent with good 3G a must else there is a noticeable lag

Only works with 3CX system. Edit: After the developer replied, quite late may I add, I see that Description now says this. I can not confirm if it was there a month and a half ago or not. Either way I remember when the 3CX app DID support other SIP servers in the past. Since they LOCKED their app to their proprietary system my rating still stands. Edit 2: I give the company the same rating, as their customer service is quite lacking as as well.
