WHY CANT I USE IT...It was working fine for quite sometime, but now I'm getting error 2001 and it won't start the app. After my Payment was made it simply stop working.

I absolutely depended on this navigator. Now I'm getting the 2001 error code and support is not answering me. I'm so disappointed that it no longer works, even though my payment sure enough cleared yesterday!! I was forced to uninstall. Really, really bummed.

Now it give me error 2001. What is it?? 11/9/15. But doesn't work with my new phone. Android running on 5.1.1 LG Stylo. Please help!!!!! I uninstalled it for that reason. Would like you use it.

I've lowered my original score for two reasons: 1) Request Error: 2001 which has been in effect for over two months now and 2) After studying many other reviews about the error issue, I've noticed that the Creators of the App have yet to respond to anyone about this problem. That's very alarming. I usually read many reviews on various apps and the Creators of the App are quick to at least acknowledge the issue.... as users all we've gotten so far about this is the sound of crickets.....Very unprofessional

Worked ok but now not at all error 2001 for 2 days now I expect an App I pay for to work so get it fixed or lose my business! All support says is to uninstall and reinstall it and it still will not work WTF FIX THIS NOW!!! OR REMOVE THE APP FROM PLAY STORE AND REFUND EVERYONE'S MONEY!!!!

The oldest version was excellent, with the latest updated is like free Google maps.

The older version was much better, this is a want to be Google maps, Gokivo, you had much better features. Uninstalling

I love Gokivo on my iPhone , but on my Android phone I can't purchase a 30 day subscription with my Google Play money. It appears that Gokivo wants a credit card so they can continue to charge you after the first 30 days. Please change this policy. I only want to pay for GPS apps as I need them. Not as an automatic monthly subscription. It's not this way for Gokivo on the Apple Store.

Could I give this app a minus 5. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times. Set nav and it shuts of in 20 - 30 sec every time. This app is straight garbage. LG Optimus L9 Metropcs. Does this app ever get updated, or should I just uninstall permanently.

Love this app!!! oh my God my friend has a very popular GPS system and my little system does a lot more than his. I love how it can reroute my destination, it will turn when I go it will change and give me a better way to get there. great love this app!!!!

A very cool and good GPS....I just hate that it loses signal in construction areas.

Love all the info I get from this app. The speed limit I get on the street I'm driving on, traffic etc.
