Really appreciate this step of self billing. It is time saving for all. Corruption is reducing as meter reading person is not visiting regularly. Sometimes the app misbehaving but it is ok. I am noticing many of consumer unable to generate bill. I want to share 2 major steps for generate bill. 1-Enable your GPS(Location). 2-Set low picture quality of your phone camera. May this will helpful. Regards.

I am using this app since last year and continue generates bill. Sometimes it happens that djb apps not working properly but after some time it works. Improvement is required. Anyway good work, keep it up djb team. All the best.

very clever Mr kejriwal, meter people come and take reading after 100 days as they know water consumption in summers is high and in winters is low, my bill period was 24 july to 31st oct, and they gave me bill of Rs 2200/-, if the bill was generated seperately for august, September and October, i would have paid 500/- for August, and for September and October it would have been zero, but these guys merged the 3 billing cycles together. Dont be clever Mr Kejriwal, your government is not going to be there in yhe next session, you guys are a big cheat.

Started using this app with little apprehension. But after successfully generating two bills am convinced that this is a very apt app. Very happy. Hassel free transactions. Congratulations DJB!

I am using this App for last many billing cycles and the App was working perfectly but when I tried to generate the bill it is capturing image after getting solution from DJB help email but I Can not generate bill inspite of repeated attempts. Even I reinstall the App but I am unable to generate the bill because every time I am getting ERR 310 message. On contacting the DJB on email on 20.12.17 I have not yet get any reply.

DJB's m- seva app is now working very well after solving the image cropping, download the bills and receipt and generation of bills issues. I thank to DJB for this improvement. This is the first time when I generate the bill without any problem. I shall also request to DJB's higher officials to continue this app and try to make it more easier, simpler and problem free for the consumers.

When I try to hit save button while taking picture of meter it doesn't work. Meter reading person took wrong reading and a huge sum of bill is generated for me . Pathetic experience

Paid bill using PayTM and it says still processing even after 72 hours.. my amount has been debited from my account as well as from PayTM but Bill showing pending in my account. Helpless to understand.. will it be addressed at the earliest?

Till date anyone can't make self Water bill. Useless application.its better to close just on paper all things working.. Hate this

App is not working good because i am not able to download previous bill because when i am going to download the bill then showing error downloading so please resolve the issue

कई बार कोशिस करने की बाद भी मीटर की इमेज नही ले रहा है एप्प ठीक से कम नही कर रहा है काफी दिक्कत होती है जब कि DJB का massage बार बार आता है बिल genrate करने के लिए aap काम करता नही है इसको ठीक किया जाए

I was trying to register a complaint against the dirty water coming through my motor for past so many days but there is no option available for uploading such complaint s

I have been trying to put my grevence since last 2 weeks but the moment I click on Submit button nothing happens. Please help asap as my current months bill is incorrect

Force charge, no description mentioned about how and what charges are applying, for consumer its just see your bill and pay else connection will be disconnected. No working helpline number yet.

This app is Just useless I am trying to upload the pic but it resets every time HOPE THAT MY PROBLEM WILL BE RESOLVED

I am unable to capture image during self billing and therefore unable to use the facility. No bill has been generated for me for the past 9 months.

{Update: So after sending a mail with all my details of the water connection, I got a reply from them after waiting 8 days, in which they said that I have to create a folder(if it hasn't been created) named "DJB" in that same folder I have to create 2 sub folders named "images" & "logs". So after doing all the said things when I tried one more time to generate the bill, it worked.} I can't generate my bill using this app. I've opted to generate my bill through the app but whenever I'm clicking the picture of meter and trying to get to the next step. It just stops there. And now I'm getting the message to generate my bill which I can't. Dear app programmer & developer please fix this issue.

Unable to upload the picture of meter while generating the bill. Also unable to register the grievances for d same. Although I m using this app for almost a year.

I try to pay bill from this app through mobikwik but the payment is failed and amount was deducted from my account now what can do?

hey...i can’t even change my password...whenever I try to enter new password and confirm password it shows a password policy massage ...even i enter password according to your policy but still can't access.....i know my previous password but i can't login to your app....please response..as soon as possible .......

Now this app capable to download bill after creating a folder name DJB & in this folder creates 2 another folder images and logs in mobile internal memory now this app reached to ☆☆☆☆☆ Hope in future more improvement will be seen in this app. To make it best in best

Many bugs not able to view and download bill Check ur mail and solve my problem

Payment got deducted, when filed for grievance it got closed saying status as rejected without any reason.

Application not oprational at all. Unable to download the PDF bill etc..
