6 Minute Back Pain Relief for Android
Good choice of exercises. I'm fine with ads, but they are simply too many and full screen aggressive and distractive. Also descriptions/instructions are in the menu, so not easy accessible. The main screen has one big circle for seconds and underneath tiny gif for visual help which is not really guiding and helping (maybe my phone has small display). Also the workout is fixed, I like a bit more customised workout.
This app is good for a start. The exercises are good but the gap between actually doing the exercise and app timer is off. Need more work on that aspect. My back pain after doing the exercise reduced a lot. The Yoga child pose has proven quite challenging for me.
Helped me very very very much!! Probably the best app for back exercices out there. Th reason i'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of all the adds. I would love to buy an ad-free version, but as far i can tell there is none. Add a feature to buy pro and i'll change my rate to 5 stars! ;-)
Results are immediate. Not completely at first but it does help. I'm sure it will get even better depending on the gravity pain.
app is awesome but also i would like to have an customising option of setting time limit and add or select some exercises (to display under the time) which i prefer to do which will effect me much
1712: Unfortunately, I cannot keep this Android app because the app cannot be moved to secondary storage. I'm like every Android user and have limited available space on primary storage. Because of the OS and other required data that must be stored on primary storage, I have to move apps to my SD card after I install them in order to make room. I understand that users must first install apps to primary storage on Android. That's fine. Users should then be able to move apps like this to Secondary Storage in App Storage Settings. This app does not allow that. Sadly, I have to uninstall this app now since I don't have enough space on my primary storage to keep it. To be clear, developers can enable apps to be moved to SD Cards. I understand that there are legitimate reasons why some apps can't be moved to secondary storage. For instance, App Widgets or Alarm Services will no longer work from apps run on Secondary Storage. I'm not sure if those examples apply to this app, but again, my opinion is to let the user make the trade off. Some users like myself will give up features just to be able to move the app to SD Storage. For me, it's better to be able to keep an app with limited functionality than have to uninstall it altogether. I've heard that some developers prevent their apps from running on SD Cards simply because the app may run slower. I surely hope that is not the reason with this app. My opinion is: Let the user decide. As it stands, I can't use this app at all because I don't have enough space to keep it installed on my primary storage. The reason that I believe this app deserves a lower star rating is because the developer has the option to allow this app to be moved to SD cards, but the developer has not implemented that. Furthermore, other competing apps in the Google Play store can be moved to SD Cards. SUGGESTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPER: If there is not an unsurpassable reason to allow users to move your app to SD Cards, then please change the "android:InstallLocation" attribute in your app to allow it to be moved to an SD Card after installation. If you are worried about a second-rate user experience, then simply display a warning to the user of the functionality that will be lost by running the app from an SD Card. If you haven’t heard this suggestion from other users, then please keep in mind that many are probably just uninstalling your app when they run out of primary storage space on their phone. Users with an SD card in their phone usually have tons of available storage there, so there is never a reason to go through those apps and uninstall them. In other words, another good reason to allow your app to be moved to SD Storage is the users are much less likely to uninstall it to make room for other things on their limited primary storage. If there are legitimate reasons that your app can't be moved to a device's SD card, then please at least create a setting in the app that allows users to store the App Data on the SD card. Thank you so much for considering my suggestions and feedback. I'm passionate about this because I would otherwise like to be able to keep and use your app. :)
Should at least have 5 sec to see what the next exercise will be instead off jumping straight into it, and losing time. Can hardly hear the guy talking even at full volume, other than that definitely soothes the back pain, and am thankful for the app++
These exercises are definitely helping with my lower back pain
Not yet sure it's working but I think it probably is. Great range of exercises, videos to support if needed, ads not overly intrusive. Fantastic work!
Amazing app. Reduced my pain by half.
A really great app. It has really relieved my back. I will happily download more gym apps from the "sunset developers", if there are any :-)
Easy to follow. Works good for me. 6 minutes goes by quickly. Would be nice to have a few more exercises but maybe there's not a lot you can do.
Good exercise, but you don't have time to prepare yourself for them when the exercise start, it's not clear the relax-tension timing and the positions are not clear
Couldn't use it for 2 minutes without ads. Horrendous
Too many ads!!! And they interfere with the workout functions.
Everything's great except for the ad that appears at the start of a workout, forcing you to tap it accidentally. Please reposition this ad...
Straight forward, animations are not top notch but good enough. Appreciate it, thanks
I would gladly throw a few bucks towards a premium version, but the full screen ads with sound make the app almost unusable.
It reminds me daily, my back pain has been reduced.. almost 60% now, I can work without pain whole day. Thanks for all those who created this aap.
I don't mind ads in a free app, but these ads are very annoying and obtrusive. Other than that its a good app that has honestly helped my back pain.
I've started using this app twice a day, morning and evening, and I love it. However I've dropped it one star as I too would prefer to pay a pound or two to get rid of the annoying ads. I hate ads!
I think this is a really good app. The exercises are quick and simple and very helpful. The app is very easy to use as well. Thank you very much. It should have an option to get a paid-version and thereby remove the ads. I am running on an Alcatel One Touch with Android 4.2 and it works great.
Otherwise good for learning what exercises help for back pain.
6 mins job done, got rid of my backache
The ads are way to aggressive, use "my back" instead
Too many ads, too intrusive also.
This has too many giant ads and the caricature doing the exercises is way too small.
Just I used this for 3 days feeling awesome, back pain disappeared.
Its different every day so far, and its very relaxing. These exercises are the same as physical therapy, it just helps motivate me to do it everyday. Really great discription on the animation.
These exercises are definitely helping with my lower back pain
They're not too bad exercises some of them I couldn't do but the ones I could do I did it made my back feel a lot better
Not yet sure it's working but I think it probably is. Great range of exercises, videos to support if needed, ads not overly intrusive. Fantastic work!
This app not working properly, while opening.
Best effective and also easy for regularly maintenance and i think essential for all back pain patients.
gives me a reminder alarm. nice time frame. I suggest you read instructions in the "three dots" menu to see what exercises they put you through so you're ready for them.
I've had chronic pain for a couple of years.. These exercises really help
Love it, 6 minutes and i feel,
This would definitely get 5 starts from me if I could remove the ads by buying a pro version.
Working on reducing back pain.

Simple reminder and tracker with 9 exercises. There are basic instructions and links to 3rd party videos with more details. The exercises really help and the app is really useful. Thank you! But the ads (mainly the ones with sound) are very distracting. Ability to remove the ads would make the app much better. Also it would be great if the voice guide would say at least name of each exercise not only the progress.
