System Update

i have idol 3 6039k android 5.0.2 zero update received for system for a year and half, latest updates missed with gaming experience, we need android 6... we all Alcatel idol users started to hate all Alcatel devices and services. u disrespect us

As long at they fixed the screen not working in a simple game I play It just stops working for a min or 2 While plating tap titans 2

I'm pretty sure a lot of people are ignoring these updates because it doesn't seem to do anything and the rating.... .... I mean if you're preparing for an OS update sweet but the rest usually is already covered

e need new devices. If possible not something outrageous just a faster more up to date os.. With higher ram+os SIMPLE this will allow the phone to operate with ease with a fully loaded SD card! And for SURE a much louder EXTERNAL SPEAKER I have dealt with plenty and all NEED this updated. Thank you good device!

With the price point for Idol3 I can't complain much but the same time if the 'response speed' can be up a bit it will help.. I really hope Alcatel next phone will keep same Camera settings(but more features), same speakers,touch ID,split screens and 64gb space. So far I haven't regret switching from SAMSUNG..

I'm from Brazil and I have the onetouch idol 3 4,7.I have owned the smartphone for almost a year and so far I have not received any software updates, I love the cell phone, but this point has really been weighing lately

Would you be nice enough to tell us what these pointless updates are even for? Hopefully a Marshmallow update, as people have already found ways to install it onto their 4.7" phones. Please don't discriminate against the tiny-handed. ;_;

Having a system update app on most budget phones is like sitting and waiting for Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny when you're a child. These companies just slap devices together and ship them, what you buy is what you get stuck with. 2016 August shipping with Lollipop... They save all the updates for their flagship models.

Like other Alcatel Dawn owners I cannot get this app to install. Looks like this has been going on for months and it's not addressed. The only thing I can think of is because my phone is already updated? When I run system update through phone settings it says everything is up to date. Thoughts?

In desperate need of an actual system update. Phone crashes constantly. Every time I open play music it exits to the lock screen. Spotify is also very slow to open. Apps don't always open when pressed. Phone is close to unusable.

Every time I open Google Play music I initially get a UI Error and the app closes! I have to go back in and reopen it! My husband has the same issue!
