Who the hell works at this bank, honestly? You are the most unprofessional outdated bank I've ever done business with. Who posts a Youtube link (Not even with an official account, its a random person) instructional video that doesn't even show how to connect the god damn card reader to your mobile phone? Did you think we had to watch your instructional video so we could view how to find this app on the play store, wait to see how long it takes to download, and then press the login key on the app!? Like post an actual tutorial rather then this garbage. Your apps, your website, everything is outdated as hell, how do you expect anybody to take you seriously? So fed up with this banks incapability.
