App keeps closing, does not respond to touch. Please fix would love this tool....but need it work Can not seem to get the app to load on a Microsoft Surface... which is tooooooo bad. Hoping they can fix it.

It's bulky and doesn't respond well or quickly to inputs on the touchscreen. Which is too bad, since I'd definitely pay to use it if the functionality was there.
