Its great for browsing but i dont see a help button, no info on shipping, returns, no 'contact us' section. I couldnt finish my order. I 'proceed to pay' and cant get to there

I purchased and paid for a gown but cant contact these people. Im glad I didnt spend more! Very concerned because they did not send me a confirmation for my order as received and or paid for but they did withdraw my money from my account. After reading everybody else's remarks, Im contacting my bank to file a request for a refund. I dont know what to do exactly, but I want my money back in any case!!!

Do not purchase from this website! The dresses are not how they look in the picture and they wont refubd your money back! Worst customer service ever. People dont trust them! You will never get your money back if you dont file a claim through your bank. These are biggest thief company. Dont trust them

This dress is stunning. Quality material used. Fits perfectly. I bought 1 size larger than I wear as all wedding dresses even at major retailers run 1-2 sizes smaller than you normally wear. I am extremely happy with this dress. I was hesitant to purchase from this website but had no problems. They said it would ship in 6 weeks3/5. It shipped on 3/4 and arrived on 3/11. I was not charged additional fees as others claim to have been charged. Others reported loose beading and extra thread on their items but I had none of these issues on the 2 dresses I bought. Will be buying my clothing from them now.

Do not buy from this site ! Their items take 35 days to receive . And they do not do returns if your item doesn't fit ! If you try to contact them you can't ! Their number is fake! And their text chat is pretty awful too it's like they don't understand a word you are saying. And if you do try to buy from them their site it will say that payment fails but they will charge you if you don't cancel them item right away . It's best to not even buy from them . Worst costumer service ever!
