I love this app makes filing easy. I've been using it every year since 2013 filing year. The thing that I dislike about it this year is costs for me have gone up from last year for their added services. I was thinking of trying Credit Karma cuz there's is totally free, but I love how easy it is to pull up previous returns and how it pulls information from your previous years automatically so saves time

It's a POS I tried setting up an account and it says make sure passwords match and are between 6 and 20 characters I did that and it still won't work

I've been a long standing Tax slayer member and I've filed with them 3 years now. However, they're business practice of making it difficult for returning customers to file without paying for basic services is absolutely unheard of. Seriously, you're going to charge me 15.00 to pull information from my last filing? You literally just prompted me with the aforementioned info and now you're saying I have to pay in order to use it...? Nah. Thanks though. I'll be filing with another service from now on. App is otherwise fine, though.
