Téo, a new kind of taxi

Easy to use and easy to pay with! Great company!

Credit card number did not save this time, and the app did not tell why (for multiple cards). I'm left thinking this may be phishing and just compromised my cards. First time I used the app there was no one to pick me up in time and now the app simply doesn't work anymore. Very frustrating. Please make your service usable without this pos app.

This app seems to work well but it wouldn't let me add my credit card to my account. I tried many times to no avail. If this gets fixed I'd probably re-review the app

My first trip to Montreal I heard about the service and was very excited. Electric cars! Teslas!!! I installed the app but it wouldn't let me add any of my credit cards. Oh well, next visit. On my next visit I reinstall the app and it continues to error out on all my credit cards except one. Oh well, not my preferred card (my airmiles!!!), but that's all I need! I order my tesla. After sitting and spinning in circles for several minutes it shows my driver will be x number of minutes. It then shows the driver cancelled about half a second later. Fine I'll just order an uber. I'm on my way to my hotel, just about there and my phone rings. "Your taxi is waiting. Where are you?" Well the app said my driver cancelled so I called another service. "What?? You should have waited." That was 30 minutes ago. I'm nearly at my hotel. "OK have a good day". Fast forward and it's the end of my trip. I'm about to head to the airport so think, "I'll give this one more shot." I'm leaving straight from work so wanted to pre-book. Apparently that is not an option. The app estimates that it will take 30 minutes for a Tesla to arrive at my location. I wait until 30 min before I want to be picked up and order my car. After it spins for a few minutes it confirms my Kia will arrive in 7 minutes. "Woops!", I think, "Perhaps I made the wrong selection." I cancel and try again; it's the same. That's too early so I'll try again. "There are no taxis available in your area." So that is 3 attempts to use this service, all complete failures. Great idea, terrible application. One star.

User friendly

Latest version will not show the estimate of how far away a car is. Two most recent occasions the app has hung repeatedly when trying to request both regular and airport Téos. Uber app saved the day both times.

Super polite driver, the screen on the seatbacknis really cool because I don't have to waste my phone battery, and if you bring a usb charge cable then you can charge your phone in the cab anyway. I'd criticize the wait time, but it was just as long for an Uber in the same neighbourhood and I'd rather give my businesa to Téo because they have electric cars and treat their drivers better. Great car, and I'm pretty sure the whole fleet is like that. Same price or lower than Uber and there are tons of promos.

Terrible service requested a cab waited over half an hour app kept changing eta. Finally took one of many cabs going by. Going from Keg in Vieux Montreal to Bell Centre. Once at Bell Centre app still giving 15 minutes eta. What a joke. They should spend more time providing customer service than trying to kill Uber. Looking for timely service look elsewhere... Update: Got a call back from Teo, long and short they replied that they had an above average number of calls and that they were sorry. Mentioned that they should have a way to cancel the service for a ride and they replied they will look into it. I think I prefer to to call a number at least if something goes wrong you are not left wondering and without a ride.

Doesn't work since the updated version. The app can't connect me.

I still have mixed feeling concerning can driver's cause (service can be terrible with taxi's at time)so Teo Taxi is the way I found to is innovative and listening to consumer concerns (no means looks because we have no cash, and drivers are held accountable)

Devrait être possible d'entrer une intersection comme destination. C'est soit une adresse précise ou une rue. (J'ai pas été capable la semaine dernière)

I deleted the app because of all the promo notifications i receive on my phone. And there is not way to stop them on the setting

Hard to find the order button in the first time

Easy, beautiful and simple. Though there is some problem with finding some addresses : either fix it or/and add a short comment for client to add detail ? (Excellent : emergency of a hospital and not the principal entrance etc.).

After taxi accepts your call they are able to cancel at any time your ride and every time you recall a taxi they freeze 25$ after a couple of time your card gets block because they think someone stole it and then you have to call your card company to approve the transactions and so on

On demand taxi company that is ecological and ethical. Good alternative to Uber.

It was perfect

App keeps giving errors "cannot connect". Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and tried asking for a pwd reset. In the meantime Teo keeps sending me reminders to use up my bonus points before they expire. Don't bother with this crappy company; just use UBER! You can always speak to a real person with Uber.

The service is good, drivers are friendly and seem happy to work for Téo. The app could be improved, it could include an estimate of the fare you'll pay + I had some issues with my password reset where I actually had to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work (I didn't test only clearing the cache, which might have worked). We need more cars :-)

They have area restrictions, can't contact the driver and they are very unfriendly! It tskes forver to order a teo, app is slow! Do not use this service, it pales in comparison to uber
