Taxbot no longer supports the map view of classified drives even though the tutorial still touts it. There is no way to add toll fees for self employed individuals living in areas (Dallas) where toll fees can really add up. If you are in Real Estate DO NOT buy this app. IQ Mileage is much better mileage app

I was using this app as a trial and it was working good until I decided to buy it. Now I can't even login because it give me an error. It tells me that my trial expired. But when I select "purchase", it tells me that I have a subscription. This is just annoying me and wasting my time. In the meantime I have to write my miles on a piece of paper.

Well my accountant recommend this app, and I started using it on a Samsung Galaxy 5 S w/ Android 4.4.2 and it worked great. This week I moved up to a Moto G5 Plus, w/ Android 7.0 and the app is technically working but the display is not anywhere near as good as the previous one. UPDATE: The problem on the Moto G5Plus is fixed. It was a calendar access issue that caused the the display to go wacko. All good now.

UPDATE........ AFTER REACHING out to support and Scott directly when Scott Rosenlof responded to my last review and assured me all issues were resolved I reactivated my subscription. BIG MISTAKE. Trips still drop location and blip out mid route, synch does not work across devices and customer support has responded to zero of my emails. I will hold on until my fiscal year end then I'm out. This app is far too inconsistent to be taken seriously for such serious requirements.

Works intermittent. Called support but issue not fixed.. I can turn auto track on and off and get it to start tracking but it stops again during the trip. Used to work great but not in the last month.

Was very good app, but last several months it has been very unreliable...not tracking, drop tracking during trips...tried uninstalling reinstall etc...no improvement...called customer service and they blame phone...said they have had problem with Google Pixel...Google is so good at tracking, it notifies me of hazards, weather, etc...but taxbot won't work on it after working for months...Im confused!!!

Did you fix all these after August 4th? If not, these issues still exist. It was great app to use for the last 5+years until recently. It takes so much effort now to get each trip or expense right. I have to do a of editing in the desktop version. App isn't syncing. I don't want it to open to unclassified, need option to open on what we want and turn off option of showing unclassified. App can no longer link expense to trip. App doesn't let me edit receipts I have previously entered. Once a trip is entered, can't manually change miles. Can't have more than one ending address on trips for more than 1 stop. Can't add description in app. Please fix ASAP!

It stopped on me recording my mileage. They will not refund me! I lost recording my showing property etc. Very upset. Could of logged in a book and not lost the record. Boo!!!! If defective why not refund I need something reliable. Minus 0 points!

I have used Taxbot for years. I use to love love love taxbot. I would brag to the other Realtors about how easy it was. Mileage tracking, bank charges, expenses. Everything an extremely busy Realtor needs at her fingertips. BUT that is no longer the case. Since the last "update" The mileage is hit and miss I have had to go back in and enter information from my mls sheets on addresses. The "SMART MATCH" feature is a nightmare. Why should I wait 4+ days for my unclassified expenses to move over? At the very least give us an option on added that expense during that 4 days..I have the receipts. Oh and yes it has matched them incorrectly...basically if there is an office charge and an office receipt and they don't even match in place or price it will match them. Then you can go and remove that receipt manually and add the correct one in (sarcasm) In it's current state I would not recommend this to anyone. I am going to see what else is out there.

Do not use! App looks great. But does not function. I called support and they were unable to restore 7000 miles lost. As a realtor I rely on those deductions. Canceling my subscription as soon as I export my log. If possible...

This was working great before the update approximately May 2017. I can no longer find where to put expenses and add products I donated or sold. I tried what the tutorial showed and did not work. No list comes up when I go on the settings icon in upper tight corner. What a mess. This really ticks me off. Not user friendly anymore. My husband asked me to stop using the app to save money and all I could do before, was brag to him and my fellow consultants how great and easy this app was. Cancelling this app for sure now. I'm very very disappointed in all the features I've lost and am sad to leave. Back to paper and pen, the old standby!

With the latest app update, this app sucks. The splash screen displays 0 for the current years expenses, income and mileage. Do not upgrade. Taxbot revert back a version and quit changing what is not broken.

All in all, I love this app! It is very easy to keep track of all the travel and receipts! The only thing is, I feel as though it would be better, if we could log reoccurring trips, and also see more of a backlog of our trips on the app! I am back logging, and it would be helpful, if I could see all of my backlog on the app! I can only see it on the computer. Also, it is having trouble deleting logged events that I do not need.

I have used this app for 7 years and up until the recent changes I have LOVED it. The recent redesign is terrible. It's taking multiple attempts to enter expenses and manual trips. The data fields are smaller for things like company and category. If not paying attention I forget to them and it's causing me more work to go back and correct later. I am NOT a happy user at this time!
