Works great, never any mistakes, never anything skipped or missed

Its not working for me I log in and it takes me back to the log in page

When I clicked to pay for my filing using google play, the app froze right after I clicked to submit payment. When I reopened the app I still needed to pay to file but now have a $14.99 charge on my bank account. Basically this app has stolen my money.

App locks up on state questionnaire.

I am glad that I took the chance and tried this app. You need to have at least $15 in your Google Play account to pay for the return to be e-filed. The whole process took about an hour.

Tried to install this app on my tablet, the W2 form section was way to small, but that's the least of my problems, if I accidentally clicked on one of the help questions, it'd start to open a help screen, but I'm left with a blank white screen, and I can't press back to goto a previous screen, I'd have to FC the app, sign in, and retry, which was okay, until I had to FC the app 4 times just to get to the W2 section. Filed taxes with Turbo Tax, their app worked perfect on my tablet.

Nexus 7 2013: the text on the screen is way too small. Can't reliably press any buttons. Also having problems with text fields not showing the keyboard. App is unusable and I would have been done in the website by now.

I got pretty far on my taxes... and now I cannot get back in to finish.....frustrating. fix this and it will be 5 stars

I used this app last year and it worked great. Hoped to get my taxes done today but the screen keeps going blank.

Won't let me enter any numeric values. Using galaxy tab 4...so far it's a no go.

Was using the desktop version last year. This year tried the app it was faster an very convenient using my tablet.

On a 7 inch tablet, can't read it

Tried to fill in the W-2 forms and wouldn't let me input any numbers for dollars only the cents. Kept freezing on me while waiting for things to load.

...until I got about halfway through my return and the app suddenly closed. I went to reopen it, and the bottom of the app started glitching out. I was able to continue filling out my return for about 5 minutes, and then the app closed again. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still happening. I also tried turning my tablet on and off again. Doesn't matter, the bottom of the app is still glitching out and I'm not going to file my return with that annoying distraction happening the entire time. Way to go, guys.

Sadly, this sure just looks like Web content faking an app. That leads to an experience that's much less than the potential of an Android app! In this case, it's even poorer than browsing their site in Chrome for Android. I had a Devil of a time just tapping the continue buttons. Also, the layouts tended to bomb and show blank or cut off views. I gave up before finishing my basic info! Everyone should know by 2014 that HTML and JS can't make a worthwhile Android or iOS app!

The only thing I did not like was I went to finish my taxes online and could not file I had to go find my tablet to do so.

Sadly, this sure just looks like Web content faking an app. That leads to an experience that's much less than the potential of an Android app!
