Taxa 4x35 (Taxi booking)

The UX when you try and book a taxi in advance is not great. After a few hours I still see a loading spinner on the trip and I don't know what it means or what the status of the booking is.

The cars often smell of cigarettes and you get sick from driving with them. I miss Uber and would recommend them to move into an rating system like Uber get rid of all the bad drivers

The drivers never arrived in time even after 30 minutes when booked. The app then claimed that I had already been picked up and I couldn't do anything about it. Had to take another solution. This system just doesn't work. Why was Uber killed again?

Ordered taxi the day before via app to catch early train. Taxi never arrived. No notifications or anything. I missed my train.

This App is still not functioning properly, and it's just embarrassing that Uber has a better, more functional application, than Taxa.... The crashes for this app have stopped since recent update, but still many addresses are not possible to enter in/recognised. There are more functional apps being produced by school children, that look more professional and function efficiently. You can't even enter a destination, by selecting it on the map anymore, so if your address is not recognised, you simply cannot go there, unless you tell the driver the name, which is not always easy for visitors to denmark, who are recommended to use the application, due to it supposedly being easier to order for this very reason. The app ranks as one of the worst of them all. Shame on Taxa for not sorting themselves out here... massive opportunity missed, and many will resort in using Uber instead, which has evidently been shown recently of dodgey cheap fairs, with no insurance, however... at least you can enter an address and get a cab... Precisely what this Taxa app should do! Awful...

Jeg bestilte en taxa. De havde ikke tid. De sagde ikke hvorfor. Men efter at have ventet 25min så fik jeg beskeden "your booking has been cancelled". Så gik jeg hjem.

I pre ordered a taxi. Never got confirmation. Ordered another one (went ok) and then the pre ordered called. It's hard to followbup

Looks a bit better than previous version, but functionality has gone backwards! Not easy to add addresses, can't add comments with the booking, receipts don't get emailed to you anymore and no option to email it to yourself.

Skræmmende dårlig i ny udgave. Hvis dette er deres våben mod ÜBER så er de allerede døde

Gps works bad, no option to many addrssses, gets cancelled accidentally quite often

Der er meget galt med denne App. Crasher meget og noget af funktionaliteten såsom stor vogn virker ikke. Ser ud som om den er lavet af et barn over en weekend.

Does not work. Almost missed my flights now twice. Use Uber instead.

Bestilte en taxa via app. Fik bekræftelse og besked om at vogn var på vej. 10 minutter senere blev den aflyst af firmaet. Så ringede de og sagde at en ny var på vej og ville komme indenfor 10 minutter. 5 minutter efter ringer en chauffør og siger at han er på Frederiksberg, som ligger 20 minutter væk på en god dag!!

Never works

Positioning is crap - at least on my Nexus 5. Either stuck on last used position or some random position several hundred meters from current position. Useless if you don't know your self exactly where you are.

Great when it works, fails miserably with poor data coverage (hint: please allow entering an address without verification)

This is a very outdated app.

IPhone app was brilliant. Unfortunate it does not work on my oneplus one android phone. It cannot find my current GPS coordinates...

Very happy with the app and taxa!

Does not work on my Android Samsung Galaxy S5. Starts up and then crashes without error message. At iOS it could not store payment card data. So had to always pay in cab.

Nu har jeg brugt denne app et par gange og hver gang har jeg ikke modtaget opdateringer om bookingen, kun én besked om at bookingen er modtaget -- chaufføren måtte ringe hver gang, hvilket betyder en sur chauffør og ekstra pris for ventetid. App'en bliver nu afinstalleret og erstattet af Drivr.

Simply doesn't work. Crashes every time I try to order a taxi. It's just as well, the app looks terrible.

Horrible iOS port. Stone age interface. Please use modern Android desigh guidelines instead of the crappy iOS clone
