About Gallery Folder Plugin

This app makes you move or copy or be able to separate to the folder some photos, images and movies, from gallery app of android default.
it is an application as the plugin of gallery.
So far, you could not file operations from the gallery of Android default.
Now, You can work with the files very easily from the gallery via this app.
Please install this who were previously frustrated by the standard gallery!
This app, has confirmed that the "Gallery ICS" and "Gallery KK" even work.
How to use this?
I believe you had better look at the video.
1. You launch the gallery app.
2. Select by, for example, press and hold the file you want to copy or move.
3. Select "Folder Manager" in the upper right corner of the gallery from the "Share".
4. I select the destination that you want to move or copy the file.
If you press the button at the top right, you can also create a new folder.
The case, you can choose the storage for create a folder.
5. If you press the OK button, move or copy starts.
(If the file that you want to move are many, it may consume a little time.)
6. Complete!
Display order of the gallery is the date descending order in general.
If you want to come your file to the top, please to leaving the check "update the file registered date" on app bottom. If more than one move, you can in ascending or descending order of the file name, and change the order of registration.
If you want to keep the order after the move, please remove the check.
* It is an application that works with android's default gallery app.
* Permission of the communication system will only be used to get ads.
* This app tested on Nexus 4 · Nexus 7(2012) · Fujitsu Arrows 202F · Fujitsu Arrows F-05D · Galaxy S3.
* Before you use this app, I recommend you to remove the cache data in the gallery.
* If you found unexpected event occurs, and some files cannot be viewed from the gallery, files never disappear. You can confirm from the file manager.
* Also just to be sure, please use the behavior in the "copy" on the occasion of first use.
* I have carried out the test(Unit test, on machine test) as much as possible, but it is not possible to test the terminal of all the Android.
* if you found some bugs in this app, I am happy you to send those error report.

Sometimes it corrupts the photos after moving them especially gifs it becomes completely blank this happens when I select +10 photo so I honestly don't full trust it with my photos I like the fact that it's light but I use other apps for mass moving.

Will not allow me to create folder on my SD card. Clicked on option to create new folder and tried to select sd card. Won't select. What's the fix and I'm trying to move photos to my ad card because of memory issues. Thought this would work.

If small thumbnail pictures for managing your photos on mobile are driving you crazy, YOU NEED Galley Folder Plugin. Thumbnails will not show subtle differences in similar photos on a small screen, & clicking back-&-forth from full view is not alway accurate. I've been using this for 2years on a 20cm tablet & it is so well integrated I forgot I found it in the Play Store, you just need to create new folders with a file manager. This app gives the option to put my pix into separate folders . Sure Google photos backs them up but this App is on my phone, ready to use, no internet required. I don't know if there's a limit on how many folders are allowed I have lots & it hasn't been a problem yet. I title the folders making it easy to know exactly what I have in each folder & that's a big plus in my book. This App works with the stock Nexus Gallery App seamlessly without issue. When making a new folder the app offered the selection of creating it in the Internal Storage or SD storage. I would press the radio button for the SD and nothing would happen. It would not select. Too bad. I was looking forward to this solution. Experia z3 , Kit Kat

The app it self is great and does was it says, if it is compatible. for a long time my phone was but due to a recent update it no longer is causing me to have lost years of captured memories. not the dev fault as this app fixed a fault in the original gallery design but as the gallery can now do this on its own I in turn lost it all

Dude wtf man I had months and months of my fav pictures in a gallery and I had to restart my phone for another app and it deleted my whole gallery and I looked through all my files and can't recover it and it was working fine before it was a perfect app but dudes before you make an app that deals anything to do with pictures you gotta make it perfect or at least copy the photos or something and that folder should have been in my storage instead of the apps data but it's a 50% chance it's not your fault

But no more updates coming from developer. The app won't work on KitKat because in KitKat apps require special permission to access the SD card. This app still can't ask for that permission.

Wary of CM (quickpic). Ditched it in favor of this plugin despite risk of ads. Beware - selection of entire folders is possible.

I'm updating this because the stock gallery FINALLY updated to allow you to make your own folders and this plugin isn't needed. I will the Dev did a great job with this and created something that was needed LONG before it was introduced to the stock gallery app. Thanks.
