Runs great! Thanks for making such a solid app. Very minor bug with the sound. Every time it approaches a 10 second mark the tick sound fires slightly early. This doesn't affect the overall timer. Also like other reviewers would love to see analytics over time, especially since it's a paid version.
Hey, I'm running android 4.1 and this app does not work with it. It force closes every time I pick a tack to do. The tacks will not reset daily like other apps like this do. There are many other key features that this app is missing. I would really like a refund. Do not buy this app and wast your money like I did.
I've been following the Pomodoro technique for almost a year now and I wouldn't be anywhere without this app. Very stable with great UI. It's one of those apps that work so well that you don't even notice it, yet you can't live without it. I couldn't ask for anything better.
I wanted to be able to set time lengths to for more than 25 min. When studying that is much too short of a time frame to have to keep resetting. It wld be better if we could set it for longer time frames with varying break intervals. I guess it's my fault I didn't read to make sure it did that before I purchased it because I feel like it was a total waste of my money. I guess I can use it to keep my kids focused for short periods of time. It's not very helpful for me
The software is outstanding but very limited. For a pro version I would expect some level of analytics tracking. Am I getting better? It does not help you learn about your behavior using the 25 min approach
It really works! If you are a desperate PhD student and you are burnt out by stress, this app is for you, as my counsellor recommended it for me. Do not forget the rules which are defined on Pomodoro Technique original website. I rate it 4, because I think it would be better if this app had a more organized To do list.
A bit limited, I'd like to assign more than 8 pomodoros to a given task. Also it sometimes loses track of the short break/long break interval, and sometimes the sound cuts off. But overall very helpful for time management, and I'm quite pleased.
I wish there were a way to import and sync tasks from an external file (maintained on Google Drive or something like that). But apart from that this app is perfect. It has the quality of being visually engaging and not over-burdened with features, because people with productivity issues will fuss around with an app if it's not stripped down to the bare necessities. Thanks for this.
This app is helping me to stay on task and organize my day. I am really grateful for it. The one thing I would change is to be allowed to change the amount of time I am working and taking breaks. Sometimes I'm moving from task to task and I don't get that 25 minute break!
Easy to use, recognizable mode making it look like real thing. Best of all, it works. Great for people who try to put things off. I have benefited from it
First, most table covers don't allow them to stand in portrait mode, so this app really needs a landscape mode. Second, I don't like the requirement to provide an expected number of pomodoros per task, especially when the number is limited to 8. I know this is what the technique creator recommends, but no system is perfect for everyone and so the app should allow people to follow the creators recommendations, but not require it.
This is the answer to time keeping problems. It's also a good way to write down tasks or to do s to have them all in one place and get them done. No interruptions.
This app does really help me to concentrate and be proactive and productive. The costant ticking I actualy find helpful. I'm glad I work alone though and from home as i can imagine it would get irritating for others.
Great app! I am more productive and don't have to worry about foreclosing app problems. Please please would like to see a chrome extension and syncing. Allow syncing with Google task! Would pay 2 usd more for those features
the technique is a free technique and resources available online, however this is the best timer on the market that I could find for my needs. I recommend reading the program first and the free book then see if this app will fit, it did for me, it does everything that I would need it to do
Good app. Except it needs you to press a button that says "start break" after finishing a pomodoro. I think the break should start immediately, or at least give me a choice in the settings.
I find this app actually helps me to be more productive. It's easy to use and helps me to focus. I use it a lot for assignments and to break down larger pieces of work into manageable chunks. Would like to see an option to pause added.
I use it in conjunction with Google Keep, but this app is great. I love that it archives my Pomodoros. The only thing I would like is to be able to abandon one but still get "credit" for it, like if I finish a task 10 minutes early.
The application closes after you pick a task, instead of being choose and ready to log tomatoes. You should also add a "clear all completed tasks" button and improve the metrics or statistics
I love this timer. But earlier I used focus timer app in my iPhone. I suggest few improvements. 1) Landscape mode 2) Instead of starting break by tapping make it automate. Full automate. After 25 min it should start break. After break then automatically start 25 work session. After 4 sessions auto start long break 15 min. And also we must able to change after how many pomodoros it will go for long break.3) if we can change short break duration -5 min may not enough for some. 3) if can change the sounds
I've used several pomodoro timers and the thing that really put this one over the top for me was being able to make a todo list. Simple, strait forward, well writen timer.
I love this app not only to help me be more productive, but to track the time I'm spending on different tasks, too. It works perfectly and doesn't get in the way of doing what in trying to be productive at.
It could be improved by looking at better management of tasks and reasons for aborting pomodoros. If you could turn off the screen messages or change the text of them that would be nice touch.
Lovely interface but really need to be able to adjust length of pomodoro! Some of us use longer ones, some shorter.
The app doesn't track the 25 minutes break appropriately. I think this is a bad flaw.
This app is awesome. Like frikin awesome i love it. But only one minor issue. It never gives a long break. Like always the 5 minute one. How dp i make it give a long break
Really great basic app. If I were being picky in would ask that the timer go off a pick longer. But the list feature is fabulous.
If I using camera to make a quick note while app is working, the camera app will break and reset the timer. Lollipop 5.0.1 on Nexus 6.
This is a great Pomodoro app for Android. Keeps track of tasks, number of Pomodoros, and has flexible timing for work sessions and breaks. Perfect for what I needed, and highly recommended!
Works very well.Would be nice to have some more features : 1. Allow more than 8 pomodoris per task (tasks that would take few days) 2.Different alert tones
The interface is simple and clean. Ability to add tasks, keep track of pomodoros for task and reminds you to take an occasional longer break. Nice work!
I spent sometime trying to find the best pomodoro timer for myself. I wanted a task list with estimated pomodoros and ticking in my headset. This timer met those requirements.
The long breaks occasionally come up after four sessions, but a lot of times not. Apart from having to having to use another timer for long breaks, it otherwise does what it's supposed to.
Could use: a way to clear the entire list (but recall the archive on a web site). Could also use a way to schedule poms for the future in some way.
Tried the lite version and decided to purchase the pro version. A simple and wonderful app to initiate focus, and eliminate the feeling of unproductivity.
Just what I need to focus on my top 2-3 tasks for the day. Could be better if there were a desktop app and if it made my coffee each morning...
No frills, no distractions, just does what it is supposed to do. I should use it every day, but the days I use it, my productivity increases. ONE REQUEST FOR FEATURE - Add ability to export completed tasks with pomodoros by date. Would pay extra for that feature, as it would help me recapture time I spent on projects.
I am a huge fan of the Pomodoro Technique and I use this app to keep my today sheet. I haven't found any other like it on the Marketplace.
I got this app to help me stay on task. The Lite version was nice, so I upgraded to the Pro. I don't really see a benefit to upgrading. I can create a list of tasks now, but that's about the only difference. And when I complete something from my list of tasks, I don't get a notification or anything. It doesn't even delete off my tasks. I would give the Lite 5 stars, but the Pro only gets 3.

The app has all the features you'd want from the Italian tomato and it's presentation is perfect. I'd didn't need the PRO featurss but bought anyway since it's just that good and I want to support the developer. You have a big red or green face with a sliding section counting down the minutes. They skipped making it look like a Tomato which was great. Very clear and functional. You can set you break and activity times and it even let's you know how many pomodoros you've done today on the main screen.
