Tata Steel’s Industrial By-products Management Division (IBMD) adopts the 3-R approach of Recover, Re-use and Re-cycle in handling the various by-products of the steel value chain.
Now through its Mobile application, IBMD Konnect, it provides the following features to its customers.

- Customer Order Status – Current status of Active Orders, Dispatch quantities, Balance quantities, etc.
- Customer Account Information – Order History and status
- Product Information - Information on all the products of IBMD
