What if you could navigate the vast media content universe by swiping your fingertip across a screen? What if you could discover new artists, movies, shoes and rediscover old favs in minutes, every time you launch a discovery experience?
Well, now you can.
To get started, all you have to do is enter an artist or music genre. Then Taste Filter springs into action, delving into a database that includes thousands of musicians and millions of songs to instantly suggest similar music that you may enjoy.
Where you go from there is entirely up to you. If you like one of the recommendations, TasteFilter updates with other artists/movies/apps/books/magazines and genres that are in the same realm. If you don’t, TasteFilter stops recommending that style of media and proposes something else.
Before you know it, you’ll have discovered content music than you ever thought possible. It will stick to you too.

While we feel we have ironed out music very well, the other verticals are still in experimental mode.
MUSIC has been very ironed out.
MOVIES is getting better, but if you hit an area that we haven’t covered yet it might take up to a minute for results to show up. However this will only happen once. Once our servers know about the movies they are kept in cache.
SHOES find new shoes to buy off Amazon!

This is useful despite still being in beta. I found two great new bands in the first five minutes. The discovery algorithm and interface make this different from anything else I've tried. Recommended.

App looks really cool and seems to work well. I need to spend more time with it though. Wish it saved history and had an exit button. Hitting back does nothing. Pretty excited to see what's in store for this. I'm not a big music person so an app like this could be ideal to help me find new content

For music lovers, this app rocks! I use it to make new play list. The interface is fast and fun. i hope TasteFilter v1.0 will include a link to the players like spotify.

Tabbing the album to start listening does absolutely nothing. Music never load when searching for artist. I consider this app alpha not beta.

Quelques minutes suffisent pour decouvrir plus d'artistes qu'avec n'importe quelle autre app. C'est vraiment efficace. Vivement la version telephone !

I have been using this app for over 5 years now and about 80% of the music I listen to and love the most I discovered using this app. It would have taken 10 times longer to find the same artists any other way; if it is possible in the first place. You will discover the best music, the music you will love the most and that you will love for years using this application. :D
