The app has a good UI....just a suggestion - the transaction costs are bit on the higher side as compared to normal service men and it is justified too..but to tap the market. You can cut down the prices to penetrate in the markets and tap various customers...we have received prompt services on our subscription to your services. Thank you.

I have used it (still using it) majorly to find an electrician in Mumbai. It's even more convenient that there is an option to select the time slot aswell. Minimum charge 250 is a bit high but. Keep up the good service :)

First booking and pathetic user experience. I chose the option of "now" which had an ETA of 20 mins, instead of scheduling an appointment. I guess booking got confirmed, but no success message, no confirmation, nothing which tells me when to expect the technician. Got on call to contact customer care. 12 mins first call and then 8 mins second call and all I listen to is waiting music. No one to answer.

At first I had my doubts.. But the service was indeed excellent. The system had a bit of an issue as it showed Rs. 0 to pay.. Nevertheless minor bug can be fixed. Great job guys

Have had called carpenter, AC service and home cleaning on different occasions. The services were good and they did the after work cleanup as well. Haven't have had to complain at all

Downloaded app and did first two steps to book a service, provided address. Then the app says service not available in your area. Why don't you do that check upfront.

I got the plumbing done for the washing machine pipe last month and the Mohan boya guy came and completely put new tap pipes and the mechanism behind it which was bought at the spot.For the last 15 days or so it's been leaking everyday and the droplets are increasing every day it's a new part being installed.... how could it leak so soon... just in 15 days what kind of work do you guys do... when i called the guy he had the balls to say "we dont have guarantee for that long and it will cost money to check

Technician Mr Amit Yadav was polite and professional. He wasn't wearing a uniform though. Don't have a problem with that, but the SMS was incorrect.

I was told abt this app by a frnd. Just to try i requested for car interior cleaning service.. The cleaning men were there at my place before time and they took nice 1hr to clean my car from the inside.. I was very impressed by their work.. Very well behaved and polite people.. One must give it a try..

Only useful if u want it fast not have cash. Otherwise it's little bit on expensive side.

The UI is good, I had hired plumbing services, company has a good team of professionals,he was able to detect the problem and fix it within a short period of time. Happy to recommend this service to others

OTP is not getting generated. Clear the tech problem ASAP App used to be good earlier. But useless now!

Just downloaded the app and stuck on the mobile registration screen. Just keep getting error - "Something went wrong. Please report this error in the feedback". That's it. Will wait for sometime for a resolution or try after sometime.

Bad Experience! Trying to book a driver, couldn't even get through till finding drop location. Had to change numbers to get one OTP.

Couldn't login to the app. After entering my number it says something went wrong and asked me to leave it in the feedback.
