Benefits on the go! Now you can quickly and easily track your benefits account balances and submit reimbursement requests any time using your Android device with version 2.3.3 or higher operating system.
Benesyst Mobile Functionality:
* View your FlexSystem account balances for your active and closing accounts.
* View your MyCash balance.
* Request reimbursements directly from your mobile device.
* Submit substantiation by capturing a picture of your receipts with your mobile device camera.
* Display Request for Reimbursement (RFR) amounts and status.
* Access plan-end dates, grace period, and run-out dates.
* Access mobile app assistance through our micro-browser enabled Help page.
* View MyCash balance and transaction history including deposits, transfers, and purchases.
* View balances for both active and closing plans.
* View plan information, plan eligibility dates, reimbursement and contribution totals, and annual election amounts.
* View previously submitted claim details such as service date, provider, and payment amount.
Benesyst Mobile Access:
* Both username and password are the same for the Benesyst Mobile App and the BeneCenter website.
* Check the "remember username" checkbox and the app will remember your username even if you logout, making it faster to log back in.
* Need help retrieving your Username or Password? Click the Forgot Username or Password link or call Benesyst Customer Care. [NOTE – I removed the customer care # because it’s different for migration vs. national accounts vs. std TASC]

* Your personal information is protected through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption over the Internet.
* Remain logged in to Benesyst Mobile for convenient access, or log out and login repeatedly.

Kept typing in correct password and username and pop up said Authorization Failed when I knew it was right. Ended up changing password and it still says the same thing! I can tell this is a known issue but its been months since this has been happening and still no resolution or acknowledgment. Got a new phone and thought I would try again and it still says authentication failed *previous review* Can't even open app it just keeps saying "app restart required" but when I hit continue it just keeps popping back up. I have to turn my phone off to get off that screen

Seems they recruit the most difficult people to work as their Customer Service. Seems each employee key target achievement is to deny claim as many as possible, the more you deny the faster you got promoted?? Not helpful at all Contacted HR Head in my company to re-consider them as Education Allowance partner.

Worked exceptionally well for about 2 weeks. I got my reimbursements quite fast. I was honestly impressed. Now it keeps saying it can't authenticate my login and password. Website takes it just fine. What a crock! You are paid to provide a service. Why are you having such a hard time doing your job???

Cannot login using completely valid information which I use to login from the website. Why waste resources building an app that doesn't work?
