MyTASC Mobile for Android
Totally frustrated. Nowhere to create account on app, so went to website. Select "new user" , and asked for username I registered with. Duh. I've NOT REGISTERED yet. No way to create account which means no way to access ANYTHING. I'm absolutely floored by the lack of basic intellect used by the developers of the app and website; seriously makes me question the validity of the company who hired the them and who is currently holding my medical spending account funds.
This app is horrible. Used once, now a black screen. Unusable and unstable. Junk app.
So was the latest update supposed to get rid of login/password .. or was something lost in translation?

No way to log in if a new user
I can log into my account on line but cannot log into the app. So I called the number provided and TASC staff tells me I need to reset my password that was just reset by TASC. So I go in to the TASC website and attempt to change my password but this function is broken just like the mobile app. Good luck folks as it's going to be a long year dealing with this kind of madness.
No problems logging in. Very little info, but provides balances and a means to submit a request for reimbursement (which I haven't used yet), and current year summary. Not nearly as useful as the website, okay for checking balance.
Login is fine online, but it doesn't work on the app. Very frustrating. Hope this is fixed soon.
If our employer offered any other choice we would take it!

I have to open it, close it, reopen it, and then it will let me type my password. The first time i open it, it doesn't recognize the password field as a text box. When I take a picture of a receipt it displays the picture I took before that one. This last time it looked like I was getting reimbursement with a picture of my workbench I had just built. It goes through every time so that's fine with me.
This app is worthless. Sometimes the keyboard doesn't come up so you can type in password and if you get in the app to request reimbursement it will not send your submission. I called company to report problems with app and was told they were not aware that anyone had trouble with it. I will say that I spoke to a tech support person who was very patient and helpful.
This is the least functional app I've ever used. I have never written a review for an app in the last 5 years of using Mobile apps. So for me to write a review I must really feel strongly about this. You can't even see the information on the my statement page. You click on boxes and tiny little message boxes appear. What is this crap?
It never works when I need it. I have even uninstalled several times. Won't let me type in password to access my account. It's terrible that this is the only option. I didn't have this problem when my company used Medcom.
Everything I go to use the app the keyboard doesn't open. I have to completely close the app and open it again. After doing this the keyboard shows up and I am able to use the app. I have had no crashing problems the app seems to work fine after doing this but it really gets annoying always having to open then close it.
I have to reinstall this app every 6 weeks or so. Their customer service is great but the app needs work.
This app used to be great, but I haven't been able to submit reimbursements for months now. I have the same issue others have reported with the thumbnail being incorrect, and when I try to submit, it just hangs without ever submitting.
It's a waste of space. Deleting it. It will not allow me to login. Keep telling my my username and/or password is in correct.
This app just plain sucks. There's no beating around the bush.
Please fix this app, it is in bad need of updates.
I forgot my ID. I went through the whole website to reset everything and it seemed to work. Then trying to login it doesn't. It's so frustrating
I am using version 3.6. When I first open the app, I cannot get the keyboard to appear so I can enter my password. Only upon completely closing the app and reopening can I get the keyboard to appear. Then, it tells you to input the 12 digit userID, not the 12 digit userID AND 2 dashes. But, that does not matter because once I get into the app, it crashes every single time I try to enter a reimbursement. And, sometimes when I take a photo of a receipt, it saves the photo to my system which then syncs to the web. Sorry, but I do not want pictures of receipts with my family's detailed medical history to be stored on my device. Finally, when inputting the dollar amount, it would be logical to pull up a number pad instead of keyboard. This field should never include alphabetical characters, so why provide the option? Part of my low rating for this is that all of the issues listed above are things that have been considered and addressed by other apps. I'm not setting the bar very high and this app consistently fails to clear it.
I finally re-installed this app yesterday. Got logged in ok, checked numbers. Looked good. Needed to verify my balance this morning and I couldn't log in. My ID was there but it wouldn't bring up the keyboard to enter my password. No cursor. Nothing. Un-installed and re-installed. Logged in, no problem. This evening I tried again and the login failure repeated. Un-installing again. This sucks.
Absolute garbage. Nothing works correctly on this app, on the rare occasion you can get it to open without crashing. Wanna take a picture of your receipt to submit for reimbursement? Don't bother with that, this pathetic piece of crap will just choose the last picture you took on your phone. Finally get the picture you need and try to attach it? Now enjoy watching your phone as it sits and tries to submit the reimbursement and it NEVER GOES THROUGH. You dopes would be better off having literally no app at all than making this piece of crap available, and whoever wrote this should be embarrassed.
Sometimes i can sign in sometimes i can't. When it works, it's great. I've submitted my reimbursements via the app and it works great! But other times I've encountered errors while trying to sign in. The keyboard won't show up to input my password. I can't press the back button to exit app, i have to kill it. I have uninstalled since.
This app is incredibly frustrating, more so than most I've ever used. It is packed full of bugs, many of which make the app randomly unusable. It likes to shut down regularly when I'm in the middle of filing a claim, causing me to need to start over. It often will hang when submitting a claim, getting stuck with the message "Sending reimbursement..." with no way to cancel besides force quitting the app. It's almost like they made it intentionally bad so no one will be able to actually submit claims through it. Fix the app so I can actually consider this a "benefit"!
Samsung Note 3. I've installed it twice. Gives incorrect username or password error. Won't let me back out of it I have to close it wait task manager.
On the rare times I've been able to login, display is truncated.
It works the first time. When I tried to go back the second time but the apps didn't work. I can't type my password.
"Update" has turned this app into a complete waste of my phone's memory.
I believe they must have fixed the issues people were having with this app because I have had no issues. It has performed just as expected. Easy to use and quick reimbursement.
Edited Review: FINALLY there is NO endless loop when the app starts!!
I receive "internal service errors" for every action I try to take except for submitting reimbursement requests. Since that is my primary use case for this app and the requests are submitted successfully, I'm rating this app 3 stars instead of 1.
I have yet to have a reimbursement request go through after two weeks of trying.

Works right after I load it, but can't log in the next time I want to use it.
I am no longer able to submit my reimbursements through this app. Keeps getting stuck on both of my phones.
So for months and months this issue has been reported with no resolution? What am I missing? Does this company suck as much as I think it does.

I have to constantly uninstall and install this app becuase it wont let me type in my password. If so many other people have this issue why dont you guys fix the bug? This is ridiculous!
