Switch Mobile Transfer

Apparently Switch developers are the only developers who can figure out how to make an ap that transfers Contacts and Everything to another phone. I tried several others but they were less than 1star efficiency. Switch is 10 star easy! No joke, they couldn't have made it easier!

Just used this app. Works extremely well. Only thing is is took a lot longer than 30 minutes to transfer like it said. But definitely great app. I'd highly recommend to anyone who's getting a new phone and wants to keep all of their old stuff the way it was.

This application made it very easy to transfer music, pictures, messages and call logs, and even the settings from my old phone to my new phone. It did hiccup a few times on the music, restarted about 3 times, but all is well now. Good app,very friendly and useful.

Transferred everything after downloading app during the commercial break watching a tv movie. I'd say it works pretty good. Well, pretty freakin' awesome! Took longer to type my review than the from download, transfer to complete.

Awesome, I had to get a new phone and It didnt come with a battery, I did the switch. Couldn't do Smart Switch with 2 androids? Awsome app.so I had to use smart switch from an old phone to get my other apps and music 5 stars

Make sure you don't have a smart switch divice already on your phone. I had issues downloading this app till I uninstalled the Samsung one on mine. Then it was quick and easy, even allows to transfer texts and call calls, plus downloaded data. Thanks Switch Mobile

Well, that's interesting. An app that "transfers your data", takes more than 5 minutes (estimates way off) to move 250mb of data, has a 20pg EULA from Target stores and sends a suspicious amount of data (230mb) out to the internet during the process when the transfer should be taking place from phone to phone via local wifi. Yeah, this is trash. What kind of information are you guys harvesting?

Warning: ** you need to have a QR scanner installed on both phones before running the app. ** Without them, your old phone will fail to display a QR code at the appropriate point, which will lock the app up and require you to uninstall it. If your new phone lacks a scanner (and the Samsung Galaxy S7, for one, does not come with one), the camera gets locked when it tries to scan, and it stays locked even if you uninstall Switch; I had to restart the phone to unlock it. For some reason, at this point I had to uninstall again on the old phone and install for a 3rd time. It then worked beautifully. After 5 total installs and one phone restart! Had the app begun with a warning that you needed to have a QR scanner installed (which it could clearly detect, since it uses it later), it would have saved me an hour or two of frustration. They should also fix the bug where the app locks at the QR screen.

Transferring from an I phone to an android was a pain. This app made it so much simpler

This app is so easy to use. Thank you for making the process so simple! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that is swapping phones. My text messages, call logs, photos, files and apps all transferred over seamlessly.

After struggling for hours to get stuff old phone to new phone.. I came across this gem, and 5min later I had everything I need switched.. Awesome app

Used this to transfer data from 2 galaxy phones to an rca tablet. Couldn't be easier! Highly recomnend.

Well really what I have to say is I hope my info isn't allover the free world now. I gave it a five because it's was so completely simple. My old phone couldn't connect to my 5G but I switch the source WiFi and the app didn't even shut down so 5 stars.

My parents were talking about taking it to t mobile to transfer everything so I decided to do it myself. It only took about 5 minutes for everything, it was so quick. I recommend it

Been trying for over an hour to transfer ever from one phone to another. Hope it works has been saying retrieving content please be patient. SMH

Download app and followed instructions but hit a snag when there was no download code on old device to scan!

Unbelievably simple to use. You pick and choose what to transfer, go paint your nails or something, come back and voila! It's done

It told Me to connect both devices to the same Wi-Fi and they both were and it still didn't work

Tried several times. It just would hang as if it was busy transferring, but never finished

Samsung Smart Switch not compatible with many Android devices as app states. Even with my 5.1 device even though suppose to support Android 4.3 and newer. This app worked perfectly and as stated....Smart Switch, faggettaboutit!

I can only transfer to my new device by entering a pin...not scanning a barcode. You guys really need to fix this. So inconvenient

This app is great. It took all of 60 seconds to transfer all of my data from my old phone. What a time saver. I remember it used to cost $15.00 to transfer thjour data to s new phone. And they could not transfer pictures over.

Saved me time, by transferring my music, and many photos with out any glitches!

Good app, but kept having a little trouble actually connecting the phones. Aside from that, worked beautifully

Took about 15 minutes to transfer almost everything. I only wish it could transfer my apps. I'd figure out a way to give it 6 stars if it could do that

Great, easy to use, and very fast transferred about 8GB in just under say 30 mins. All said and done about 40 mins for install and transfer of data.

It was easy to do it just took time because of all the pictures and stuff but that's fine it was easy easier then re entering all my contacts again

The program that came with the S8 wouldn't work correctly. I downloaded Switcher from Google Play and the wireless transfer from old phone to the S8 worked perfectly.

Very useful, couild use a more immersive browser to let you pick and choose which of all the files it found you wanted transferred, but good overall

If you have an LG this app won't work

Simplistic, straightforward and fast. A pleasure to use and easy enough for novices too.

Transferred from ONEPLUS3T to Samsung S8 (US). 15 MINUTES. Easy. Make sure receiving device has QR CODE reader installed in advance. Great app.

Easy to use. Ad placement should be moved to after the transfer is complete. Then link back to the app store for easy Down load of advertised apps.
