Bebeklere ilk 6 ay sadece anne sütü verilerek emzirmenin uygun ek gıdalarla beraber en az ;2 yaşına kadar sürdürülmesinin teşvik edilmesi, korunması ve desteklenmesi konusunda sosyal mobilizasyon, araştırma, tanıtım ve eğitimlerin yaygınlaştırılması, kapasite geliştirilmesi, toplumu anne sütü ve emzirme ile ilgili web sitesi ve sosyal medya kanallarını kullanarak bilgilendirme, Anne Destek Grupları ve Anneden Anneye Destek Grupları oluşturulması gibi tüm çabaların bir araya gelmesi sonucunda ülkemizde Anne sütü ve emzirme oranlarının artırılmasıdır.
