Chaos Control Premium - GTD for Android
Works great, but there are 2 things I love about this app and make it my favourite: First is that you can use the same app on all your Android, Ios and Windows devices and the sync is instant and second there is a great customer support available.
Great for managing your projects etc. I have all the versions would be great uf you could sync with ms outlook tasks and calendar, without exchange of course keep updating it with features will only get better cheers
The Best of the best I have tried several different task list and goal setting apps and this one combines both seamlessly. I got this app before reading the GTD book but I found reading it really maximizes the benefit of this app.
This is really very nice. Can you add subtasks? That would make it absolutely perfect!
Using along with windows application. Syncs well. Great activity organizer. Rapid response to queries from developer. Fantastic support. Highly recommend this app.
I enjoyed it in the past. It was useful. I look forward to using this premium version.
Excellent app. Great mobile and desktop apps.
Great app! Perfect for GTD!
Great for notes and Project tracking.
Well designed android app
Please update web version or release Linux desktop version. Thanks
In general, the app is great. Definitely worth the price. I might use this forever. It helps me organize my life. At first I was looking for Omnifocus, cause a friend of mine told me to. But I don't buy apple products, and Chaos Control fulfils my needs. One quick complaint, though: I can't put daily repetitive tasks that have no start and due dates... for certain tasks that I should do every day, but if I don't do it one day, I just wanna skip to the next day
I love this app and use it often.
Only thing that is remaining is giving priority to list objects.
Keeps my life well organized
Well thought out and beautifully designed. My only complaint is that the image that appears on the main menu does nothing but consume space. It looks amateurish and interferes with the Android Wear view. Five stars if it can be eliminated.
On my 8 inch tablet and the upgrade to Android's Marshmallow version, it is much easier for me to view and learn how to use Chaos Control. I had upgraded to Premium a while ago. Now it will be easier to learn. One of my favorite options still is reminders for both start and end dates. End date reminders are especially useful when juggling longer term activities, their intermediate actions, or multiple concurrent activities.

The program is very easy to understand, use and fast at input. It is easy to see what needs doing and why. The interface especially needs work on IOS though. Android and the Mac are great. A few extra views and filters to specify what you need to see will make the program almost perfect. P
I really like this app. It's quite helpful.
Good, but is the widget function gone?
There is no option to copy a project from one folder to another .
Great app. The chaos box is perfect for me. Great customer support.
Absolutely easy to use :) great app and development !
Fantastic service
Love the app and the new material design. Only thing it is missing is the ability to change the colour. Many material design apps have this now, and I very much miss it in this app. I have supported the dev by both getting the premium app and pre ordering the PC version, so hopefully they will add this ability to customize the colour :). Thank you for listening and for a great app!
Gtd at your fingertips
Perfect GTD app! I was looking for a good replacement to Omnifocus and this one is the very best out there. When used with the web app I am able to organize anything and everything that comes up. The only thing I would ask for by the developers is better widgets. It would be great to have a widget which displays a project like One-step Actions. As it is right now, I am not able to use the current widgets because they don't have features that I would use very often.
Overall this the greatest GTD app I've encourted, but is it too difficult to make multiple contexts possible? Make It happen and, I'll make it 5 star ASAP. I see it's the last thing to do in evolution tab, hopefully I'll find the app that meets my expectations in the meantime.
I love the system of the chaos box! It really helps me to be much more productive at work. The beauty of the app is that you can add thoughts and tasks as soon as you think of them, and you know where to find them! No more post its and jotted notes around the office. If I could ask for one addition to the app it would be to be able to see gmail/outlook calendar items within the app itself - this would make choosing due time/dates a lot easier if your week is often full of meetings.
I work for a large private security firm, and this app definitely helps me jeep my work life straight on both my phone and tablet. Don't know what I'd do without it
As with many apps, the initial setup is a bit scary. Spend some time one day to actually use it and you won't regret it. Things will start to flow nicely soon
I switched over to Chaos Control as I became very disappointed with another app I had used for months and I am so glad I did. Packed with features that allow me to utilize my creativity to its full potential rather than be penalized for it. Goals, tasks, and projects are all prioritized and get done. Use this app and be better for it. Well done, devs!
A great idea here, but essentially this is a just nested list manager. A well structured set of Google tasks will do just as well, plus will displayed directly inside your calendar. What would make this app much better is; Team support (delegate tasks), Google Calendar / tasks sync, calendar views, quick entry widgets (ideally with voice). In summary, there are many other more mature tools on the market that perform task management in a more integrated, sophisticated manner.
Application is very well written, has good design and web version. However, I miss the ability to show tasks with due date in the future (without that, app works just as cemetery of tasks for me, once added something of low importance I forget about it forever). Thus, I still prefer another simple app based on todo.txt idea which has the feature.
I need project management software which utilizes Google's Calendar and Google tasks management. This app is wonderful, but at the moment Chaos Control lacks Google integration. I'm continuing to use Chaos Control since it has a wonderful user interface, and I will be delighted when Google integration is added. Thanks developer's, for listening to your customers.
On my Xperia Z3 Compact the app runs fine but on my SmartWatch 3 the Chaos Control launch icon just shows a green busy spinner on a white background. After a while the screen returns to the watch face. Edit: Restarting the watch displayed a tasks notification. Is the launch icon actually meant to do anything interactively?
Thank-You for an app that allows me to sort my projects and tasks in an orderly step by step fashion.

So far so good. A few minor quirks/bugs, but nothing serious. I'm sure it will only get better with time.
