What is the fee amount for a title deed transfer? (Tapu - Turkey)

According to Turkish Law, the Title Deed (Tapu) transfer fee should be payable by both parties 2% from buyer, and 2% from seller = 4%

However in practice it is usually the buyers responsibly to pay the whole amount of 4%. This will of course be according to the terms of your negotiation.

This is percentage of the total sale amount of the property.

Foreigners are required to obtain a Foreigner Identity Number (Yabancı Kimlik Numarasi (YKN) when purchasing a property in Turkey. (If they do not already hold a Turkish Residence Permit)
