I got the product.. Installed the app.. Had to turn on my pc just to create an account.. Now i can even login.. Nice.. Taking back to the store for refund

This is a frenchspeaking company in Wallonia (the South of belgium). They THINK they can speak Dutch and English, but they actually only speak french. The support is terrible. Hard to get someone at the phone. Horrible.
