After I registered, the app said my password was incorrect though I believe I have put it correctly because I just filled the registration form. So I went to click for forget password, hoping that it would help generate an email telling me a correct password. However the app just popped up a box said system error! Nothing help!

I can't believe this app is from such large company. Was it tested properly before release? Let alone using any function, I can't even register for new account. For unknown reason, the app crashed every time I entered and submitted OTP. And the reference code wasn't displayed on the app screen as well. I hope someone take immediate action and look into this matter.
