This app is not reliable, though when it is functioning (won't open or load at all sometimes) - it is helpful since I use it as a platform to speak with my (PAID) therapist. This app developer needs to make it "crash" less often so that we always have access to it (again, people pay to use this app as their platform) - and the audio is low quality and should be updated. HippaBridge would get 5 stars IF I could always login, and IF the audio quality was better.

Really glitchy on my Nexus 5X through Google Fi. My work requires us to use this app, my co-workers say they have no issues mine I have to try to enter my password 3-4 times before I can use the app then it works fine. Sometimes have to reboot my phone to use app.

This app has the potential to really revolutionize how I communicate with my doctor. However there are bugs. New messages don't come through without a delay. I need to open the app to check and then the message chimes through, so I don't know how long it's been hanging in cyber space waiting for me. So I regularly need to open it and check for new messages. Also whenever I connect my phone to Bluetooth I get a message that HipppaBridge has stopped working. I'm reinstalling it to see if this improves.

Like, I've literally had nightmares, plural, of hearing that alert tone. And what's more? There's nothing you can do to change it. Otherwise a decent app - had occasional crashes, occasional instances where messages didn't get through. Basically a HIPAA compliant whatsapp.

The app works, and is fairly easy to set up. However, MAKE CERTAIN that you back up your account details SOMEWHERE ELSE. Because if you ever need to recover your account, you'll likely find that the password recovery function doesn't work. Go ahead, ask me how I know. To their credit, though, EverBridge were pretty prompt about helping me get back into my account ... but that password recovery function needs work.

The interface is simple and intuitive. Thrilled with the level of security. PHI is becoming increasingly vulnerable and I wouldn't be inclined to use an app like this unless it had military - grade encryption. Love that it works on WiFi because my loft is a cellular black hole.

Sounds great, but too bad this company never paid me for the work I did on this app. Also, this is just a secure chat app, there is no verification that you need HIPPA security. Any old drug dealer or terrorist could use this for secure communications as well. Use at your own risk. The website doesn't even work right now. Congrats.

The app signed me out and I can't reset it unless I call...even though they put an option for you to reset it with you email....Very frustrating and inconvenient
