Contacted developer and they directed me to Exact for assistance. Exact couldn't help but said they could log into the app and that I needed to contact my reseller for support. My reseller was not able to assist and suggested contacting the Elvolve helpdesk once arriving in Atlanta. In the end, no details on what credentials are to be used to access the app can be found nor support on getting it resolved.

Would be nice if we knew ahead of time how to log in. Hint: email as logon name and conference name as password.
