Tapas – Comics, Novels, and Stories

Well I'll just be honest there are a lot of amazing Comics hear some of which I have went ahead and gone to their actual web page for but that's not really my problem with the site. A good 80% of all the artists and people on the site are basically snowflakes. Not to mention there is an equally large chunk of LTGBT Comics that basically have no story and go nowhere. The people who follow these things are basically blind animals. Stay for the comics but leave for the people because they will attack you and is very toxic.

It's alright. Just more reminds me of pay to play. While I do agree artists and writers need money to survive, the way coins are earned and spent pretty much forces you to use your own money. Watching adds for 10 coins a pop when unlocking the next chapter costs 200 coins really isn't a fair trade off. If you want quality stuff where patronage is optional, use Webtoons. Way better.

It's a great app for reading comic, but there's one thing make me really frustrated. It's about the ad and earn coin. I don't have a credit card so it's impossible for me to pay these comic tgrough google play purchase. And the only way i can get coin is through watching ad. But the ad is not always available for me to watch. Sometimes that there're no ads available for me in whole day. So only 3 stars ~~

Okay I have to admitt... this comic app is to good. But whenever I read "Fashion Star" and it keeps on leaving the comic that I'm reading even the offline download... it kinda pisses me off, please fix it

Decent library, but some comics are almost impossible to read (too small text and I haven't found a way to zoom in). Also it doesn't always save your progress for some reasons, I'm at comic 139 for Erma, for example, but the app keeps telling me to catch up on #4...

I think this is a very good app, but alot of the times when I'm reading the comics the page won't load and it goes all black and white! Please fix this it's definitely not an internet issue and it's very annoying when I'm reading and it decides it doesn't want to load! Please fix as soon as possible. It's really bringing the whole app down!

I use to be able to watch ads til 1000 coins. Now it just suck. I can only watch 1 or 2 before it went to haitus. I have to wait for 3 days or sometimes more to watch 1 ads only. Help me fix it.

Its a great app but when I have coins, they don't show up. It tells me that its gifted me 500 coins and when I go to use them to tip, it says I have none. Really needs to be fixed

For a newcomer... It's not obvious which comics need real money, and which don't. Look at the icon: if the icon's graphic fills the entire logo, it's premium. If it goes down only 2/3, and the title is in a shaded block, its free. The coins translate roughly as 1,000 coins = $1 ... So if I tip/pay 500 coins, I'm shelling out about .50 cents. The Premium comics don't cost that much. The free ones are great, too! Free ones I recommend: Satan and Me (it's clean (with a dirty fan base)), Handcuffs (it's dirty), Until Sunset (it's clean, with a dirty Patreon), Heavy Horns (mostly clean...-ish). Pan Peter is an awesome horror Premium/paid one. If nothing else, you HAVE to read the free one "Satan and Me!"

i hate the coin thing. uninstalled 20 minutes after installing which is a shame because i started reading a comic which i was liking it but i am not wasting my money on this bye

I love this app and have had it for a while, but lately it refuses to let me open it. It might have been an update that caused it to start crashing a lot more. Wish I could go back to using it again, I miss it /:

Great app. There's some premium purchases, but tons of good free content as well. I'm enjoying the comics and can't wait for the novel community to grow. This is like an improved Wattpad where content creators can actually earn money. The app itself is very streamlined and easy to use. Definitely recommend if you like serialized comics and books.

New update causes my library to take forever to load. Now I can't read any of my bookmarked comics and novels without waiting for a long time.

I love everything but I wish there was maybe a way to follow certain comic artists. So you could get a notification if they posted something new.

This app is great but the free coin button doea not allow me to get the coins after the ad

Everything on the app is designed nicely, except it takes a long ass time to load the actual comic pages.

Why do we have to UNLOCK COMICS!!! It seems like a lot more trouble than just reading the stuff online, or even going to WEBTOON where all of the comics are FREE!

A lot of good material to read. App loads slowly at times but overall good.

I love this app but it would be better if there was a better way of organizing you book marks like a archive or reading list

This app will improve if you let people view the stories even if its offline just like wattpad.

Requires coins to read comics. You either have to buy coins or watch 8-10 ads in order to read a single page.

It has great content but rather slow with server and even on wifi
