Does Taobao only support China brand Android phones well? It never works on my Note8, it hangs with click on anything. This app really sucks, very disappointing.

So heavy that it lags on a Note 3! Eats through my battery (always above 30% battery consumption). Push service is too invasive. Always send crappy notification. Taobao is very useful, but this app is too bad. Edit: still lags on nexus 6p.

App has been unusable for days. Keeps hanging and freezing. Unable to track my orders and shipments. And forwarding agent's service has been declining i have orders stuck since end nov till now.

“分类”not working.. Whatever categories I click gives me the same UNRELATED page. And upon consolidating of items and making payment, there is no indication of parcel like before.

App violates store rule for user tracking for marketing purposes. It uses phone IMEI to track users who did not login into the app. It is easily verifyable: search for something, do factory reset of a phone, install the app again, items you searched before will be shown on the app's main screen.
