I don't like this apps. It says world. I entered my address in Malaysia and made the payment. After that, the supplier send me message saying that they cannot ship to Malaysia. Why you accept the payment if you know that you cannot sent the goods to me?

Explain everything in english, more clearly n easy to understand, more reliable, when goods reaching our hands will be in good condition n not fake... sizes like (X, XL, XXL, XXXXXXL)bigger sizes for all around the world fatties... Sizes of all the clothing is not as good as our fatties sizes...

Where to view the extra shipping fees and the weight? Where and How to pay for the extra costs? How to contact the shipping company online? How to proceed to ship? Where are all these details? You are Taobao World. Cant expect us to call shipping company from overseas with just one number that is ALWAYS engaged! Please insert more details!

Huawei mate 9 cannot receive the items. so stupid. China HP cannot use China app properly.

It takes a long period of time to open the app. I have to reload a few times and wait for few minutes just to open the app. PLEASE MAKE IMPROVEMENTS.

这是我用过最好的代购网站了，之前用那个垃圾布袋狗网站东西又贵，运费又贵，又不能退货。这个不止便宜，而且发货又快

Teh verification code was sent to my handphone but I can't go back to the registration page to key in the code!! So I tried with IPad, hoping can register with another gadget but can't search taobao world app

...Oh please world or totally in China? And about shipping and delivery, why it has to be expensive? IT COSTS DOUBLE+ OR MORE!!!!!

I do hope they can offer an english translation of this application since it is posted as world ... and yes i dont understand Chinese language

大多時間是能用的 對我來說有2大壞處 一是看照片的時候吃網路數據高 只能用wifi。天貓相比之下 好很多。其二 當我從一間店退出無法回到我之前的網頁 而是回到首頁。

Its a bad idea to buy from taobao. My items didnt arrive. Its been 2 months. And i cant find the tracking for the items in the apps after awhile.

好用，只是前些日子出现一些小错误。要购买时，却一直说我有未付款的，一直要我付款或取消订单。其实我没有未付款的，是淘宝的问题。那几天我有要购买的东西却不能购买。那时我想放弃用淘宝了，因为投诉了几次，也没有办法解决我的问题。后来它又正常了。

还可以吧，大多数的主要功能都在，就是浏览商品消耗非常多的流量，手机版的图片压根儿没有压缩图片，而且只是挂名全球，基本上付款只能通过支付宝或者中国银行的信用卡，根本不像电脑版网站那般能通过客户所在国的网银转账付款，这点对海外用户一点都不友善。
