Schrole Cover Mobile

The app takes 5 to 10 minutes to open. Have rang Schrole several times and they just say they are trying to rectify problems and blame it on lots of schools now using the app and lots of teachers trying to take the job at the same time. I am registered with 10 schools and have not got one single job out of it. The app really sucks and is so frustrating.

It is slow and by the time I have logged on job has gone. Availability should be easier to set. Hit available or unavailable for individual days.

5 local schools. Connected 72 days and not a single job offer. Every other local school I applied to (in person) rang consistently throughout last year. I know two other teachers who use this app and had exactly the same experience. Fingers crossed it's changed this year as more of my regular schools have switched to it.

Make sure you turn on push notifications in the settings, that's how they pop up on your phone (not just emails). I've accepted a lot of jobs. The more you accept, the more you are offered. I've had no issues with the app, I am very happy with it :)

This app really is a problem now. It takes so long to log in to actually see the job and then accept it in time. I try to stay logged in but every single time I open the app it tells me there is an error and it takes ages to log me back in. By the time I get in the job is gone and my phone is in my hand when I receive a notification! I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Please fix this problem. It is so frustrating to wait so long to log in.

You should take note of these reviews. This app works for a small number but is obviously not working for the majority. I do not seem to be getting notifications. Cannot delete a busy date. The only time it seems to have worked is once when the school accepted for me at their end. A couple of test notifications worked from the service desk but nothing works from the schools. That was the extent of the investigation.

It won't notify me even though notifications are on. I have to go to emails first to see if there are any jobs. It's a frustrating app

I can't log in. Had to uninstall after update but still not working on my Galaxy.

Wont let me re set my password. No email is being sent to do so.

On the app there appears to be no way to adjust how you receive notifications. I get emails but dont seem to get app notifications even though ive requested this on the website. Emails seem to come through much later than when the teacher posted the job. And how to accept a job needs to be clearer on app. Dont really know how to do it. Older app was clearer. Can we have instructions? If you click on the notification nothing happens.

Couldn't seem to be able to accept jobs!

Availability calendar is not user friendly. Cannot change availability for one day in a block of available dates without resetting and resubmitting your availability again. Very frustrating. Would be much easier if you could just tap the calendar day to change availability as I have seen in similar apps. Happy to re-rate the app if it improves.
