Flor de Dendê

Somos quatro mulheres – Cleidiana Ramos, Ludmila Cunha, Meire Oliveira e Susana Rebouças – com o sonho de unir a profissão que amamos com os temas que adoramos. Das nossas conversas sobre isso nasceu o Projeto Flor de Dendê. Ele, assim como ela, a flor, chegou discreto e logo foi se desdobrando em outras direções cada vez mais sedutoras: uma revista e um site abastecido por blogs, vídeos, áudios e as colunas de amigas e amigos que assim, como nós, gostam de travar combates por boas causas.
Da mesma forma que nós quatro somos diferentes, mas estamos unidas por motivos diversos, esse projeto busca aproximar duas das muitas culturas baianas criando uma aliança afro-sertaneja.
A ideia, portanto, é que a partir de agosto, a cada três meses, a gente traga para vocês o resultado da nossa busca pelo melhor em apuração, construção de texto, imagem e design. Tudo vai ser realizado com muito carinho e paixão em forma de edições temáticas que vão alternar, em cada número, cada uma dessas culturas e às vezes mostrar as duas, juntas e misturadas, como se diz aqui na Bahia. Além disso, por meio do nosso site, vamos manter os debates abertos e estimulantes sobre os nossos temas até a chegada de um novo número da revista e assim sucessivamente. Just as the four of us are different, but we are united for various reasons, this project seeks to bring together two of the many Bahian cultures creating an african-backlands alliance.
The idea, therefore, is that from August, every three months, we bring to you the result of our search for the best in calculation, construction of text, image and design. Everything will be done with great care and passion in the form of thematic issues that will switch in each number, each of these cultures and sometimes show the two together and mixed, as they say here in Bahia.
